Claims (21)
1. Måleudstyr (1) til kvantitativ optisk evaluering af en kemisk reaktion, omfattende prøvebærer (2) med et bærelag (3) og et prøvelag (4), en fotosensitiv føler (5) med en flerhed af fotodektektorer (6) på et bærelegeme samt et transparent dæklag (7) arrangeret over fotodetektorerne (6), hvilket bærelag (3) omfatter et leveringsafsnit (22), et mikrofluidisk system (10) og et reservoir (24), hvilken leveringssektion (22) er tilsluttet reservoiret (24) via det mikrofluidiske system (10), hvor det mikrofluidiske system (10) omfatter en kanal (23), og prøvelaget (4) har en analyseside (8) og overfor sidstnævnte en lysudgangsside (14), hvor der på analysesiden (8) er arrangeret en flerhed af testafsnit (9) i indbyrdes afstand i prøvelagets (2) længderetning, og prøvelaget (4) er arrangeret med analysesiden (8) på bærelaget (3) sådan, at testafsnittene (9) vender mod et volumen af det mikrofluidiske system (10), og hvor prøvebæreren (2) er arrangeret aftagelig i en optagelsesindretning (20), sådan at lysudgangssiden (14) vender mod den fotosensitive føler (5), hvor testafsnittene (9) er arrangeret over fotodetektorerne (6), og hvor afstanden (11) mellem testafsnittene (9) og fotodetektorerne (6) er mindre end 700 pm, og hvor mindst 99,5% af den elektromagnetiske stråling, der kommer fra et testafsnit (9) og når den fotosensitive føler (5), falder ind på højst tre fotodetektorer (6).
2. Måleudstyr ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at dæklagets (7) tykkelse (12) er mindre end 500 pm.
3. Måleudstyr ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at prøvelagets (4) tykkelse (13) er mindre end 200 pm.
4. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at mellemrummet mellem to tilstødende fotodetektorer (6) er mindre end 150 pm.
5. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at kanalen (23) i det mikrofluidiske system (10) arrangeret over fotodetektoren (5) har en længde på 30 - 50 mm, en bredde på 1 - 4 mm og en højde på 10 - 200 pm.
6. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at ved aflægning af en prøve på leveringssektionen (22) i kanalen (23) dannes en trykgradient med en resulterende kapillærkraft i retning af reservoiret (24).
7. Maleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at centerafstanden mellem to tilstødende testafsnit (9) er større end eller lig med 3 gange centerafstanden af fotodetektorerne (6).
8. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at grænsefladen (43) af kanalen (23) arrangeret overfor den fotosensitive føler (5) er konfigureret til at være optisk reflekterende, og/eller at bærelaget (3) er udformet optisk reflekterende.
9. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at kanalen (23) har et konkavt tværsnit i forhold til den fotosensitive føler (5), eller at kanalen (23) er udformet konkav i nogle afsnit i længderetningen.
10. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at lysudgangssiden (14) har en lysafbøjende struktur i det mindste afsnitsvist.
11. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at prøvelaget (4) i retning af sin tykkelse i det mindst afsnitsvist har et brydningsindekstrinprofil eller et brydningsindeksgradientprofil.
12. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at et immersionslag er påført lysudgangssiden (14) eller dæklaget (7).
13. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at et identitets- eller identifikationsmærke (41) er arrangeret på prøvebæreren (2).
14. Måleudstyr ifølge et af krav 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at prøvelaget (4) og/eller bærelaget (3) er konfigureret som en optisk polarisator.
15. Måleapparat (26) til optisk evaluering af en kemisk reaktion, omfattende et måleudstyr (1), som er konfigureret ifølge et af krav 1 til 14, med en fotosensitiv føler (5) og en prøvebærer (2), et basislegeme (27), en dækhætte (28), som kan svinges om en svingakse (29) mellem en måleposition og en udtagningsposition (30), endvidere et styremodul (37) til at behandle lysstyrkeinformation registreret af føleren (5), hvor den fotosensitive føler (5) er arrangeret i basislegemet (27), og hvor dækhætten (28) i målepositionen lukker prøvebæreren (2) og et afsnit af basislegemet (27) lystæt mod omgivelserne.
16. Måleapparat ifølge krav 15, kendetegnet ved, at en belysningsindretning (40) er tilvejebragt i dækhætten (28).
17. Måleapparat ifølge krav 16, kendetegnet ved, at belysningsindretningen (49) på selektiv styrbar måde udsender lys i en flerhed af bølgelængder og/eller til forskellige positioner.
18. Måleapparat ifølge krav 16 eller 17, kendetegnet ved, at belysningsindretningen (49) omfatter en polarisator.
19. Måleapparat ifølge krav 15 eller 18, kendetegnet ved, at der i dækhætten (28) eller basislegemet (27) er arrangeret en udledningsindretning (35) for reagenser.
20. Måleapparat ifølge krav 19, kendetegnet ved, at udledningsindretningen (35) omfatter et aktiveringselement (36) og et depot (33) for reagenser.
21. Måleapparat ifølge krav 15 eller 20, kendetegnet ved, at dækhætten (28) omfatter et tilførselsafsnit (34), som har kontakt med prøvebærerens (2) leveringsafsnit (22).
