Claims (8)
1. Væskedoseringspumpe omfattende en sugedyse, som er forsynet med en sugeventil, der står i forbindelse med et arbejdskammer, hvori et stempel kan forskydes ved en vekslende bevægelse, idet der frembringes en sugning, med åbning af sugeventilen, når stemplet fjerner sig fra dysen, og en tilbagetrængning, med lukning af sugeventilen, og udstrømning af væske på tværs af en udgangsventil, frembringes når stemplet nærmer sig dysen, kendetegnet ved, at den imellem sugeventilen (3) og arbejdskammeret (4) har et målekammer (D) til måling af trykvariationen, og som omfatter dels en ledning (10, 10’), som er forbundet med en ende af arbejdskammeret (4), og ved sin anden ende er forbundet med sugeventilen (3), og dels et middel (11), som er følsomt over for ledningens tryk, og som er monteret i ledningens væg, og at midlet (11), som er følsomt over for trykket i ledningen, er forbundet med midler til udnyttelse af trykvariationer, og som omfatter elektroniske beregningsmidler (12), som er programmeret til at bestemme forskellige funktionsparametre, såsom: beregning af doseringen i reel tid, doseringsindretningens anvendelsestid, forbrug af kemisk produkt, antal af svigt eller afbrydelser.
2. Pumpe ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne (11), som er følsomme overfortrykket i ledningen, omfatter en membran (13, 13’), som er monteret i en del af ledningens (10,10’) væg og udsat for trykket, der hidrører fra arbejdskammeret (4), og midler (18, 19, 20; 18’, 20’) til måling af membranens forskydelser som følge af trykvariationerne.
3. Pumpe ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at membranen (13, 13’) er anbragt i et hulrum, som er tilbagetrukket i forhold til ledningens (10,10’) indre overflade, og som via en tværgående åbning (16) står i forbindelse med ledningen.
4. Pumpe ifølge krav 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at midlet til måling af membranens forskydninger er et mekanisk middel, især bestående af en stift (19), i en optisk føler (20), og som påvirkes af en finger (18), der er forbundet med membranen.
5. Pumpe ifølge krav 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at midlet til måling af membranens forskydninger omfatter en forskydningsføler af induktiv type, især en Hall-føler.
6. Pumpe ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at måleapparatet (D) omfatter en transduktor (20, 20’) til at tilvejebringe elektriske signaler, som er repræsentative for trykvariationer i arbejdskammeret.
7. Pumpe ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at måleapparatet (D) til måling af trykvariationen er forbundet på afmonterbar måde med arbejdskammeret (4).

Apparat til måling af trykvariationen i forbindelse med en pumpe, som omfatter et arbejdskammer, hvori et stempel kan forskydes ved en skiftende bevægelse ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter dels en ledning (10, 10’), som er indrettet til at blive forbundet på afmonterbar måde med en ende af pumpens arbejdskammer (4), og som ved sin anden ende er forbundet med en sugeventil (3) og dels et middel (11), som er følsomt over for trykket i ledningen, og som er monteret i ledningens (10, 10’) væg, og at midlet (11), som er følsomt over for trykket i ledningen, er forbundet med midler til udnyttelse af trykvariationer og omfatter elektroniske beregningsmidler (12), som er programmeret til at bestemme forskellige funktionsparametre, såsom beregne doseringen i reel tid, doseringsindretningens anvendelsestid, forbrug af kemiske produkter, antallet af afbrydelser.
