Abstract

Claims (1)
- 作用チャンバと連通する取入れ弁を備えた吸込みノズルを備え、前記作用チャンバ内でピストンが往復運動で移動し、前記ピストンが前記ノズルから遠ざかるとき、前記取入れ弁が開くにつれて吸引力が生成され、前記ピストンが前記ノズルに近づくとき、前記取入れ弁が閉じて出口弁を通って液体が出るにつれて、吐出しが生成される、液体計量ポンプであって、
前記取入れ弁(3)と前記作用チャンバ(4)との間に圧力変動検出装置(D)を備え、前記圧力変動検出装置が、一方では、前記作用チャンバ(4)の一端に接続され、その他端に前記取入れ弁(3)を備えるダクト(10、10’)と、他方では、前記ダクト内の圧力を感知可能であり、前記ダクトの壁内に装着された手段(11)とを備え、
前記ダクト内の圧力を感知可能な前記手段(11)が、ポンプの動作を解析するために、検出された圧力変動を利用する手段に接続され、
圧力変動を利用する前記手段が、リアルタイムでの用量、計量装置が使用されていた時間、化学製品の消費量、機能停止の数を計算することから成る動作パラメータを決定するようにプログラムされる電子計算手段(12)を含むことを特徴とする液体計量ポンプ。
