Claims (8)
- 作用チャンバと連通する取入れ弁を備えた吸込みノズルを備え、前記作用チャンバ内でピストンが往復運動で移動し、前記ピストンが前記ノズルから遠ざかるとき、前記取入れ弁が開くにつれて吸引力が生成され、前記ピストンが前記ノズ
ルに近づくとき、前記取入れ弁が閉じて出口弁を通って液体が出るにつれて、吐出しが生成される、添加液を計量し吐出する液体計量ポンプであって、
前記取入れ弁(3)と前記作用チャンバ(4)との間に圧力変動検出装置(D)を備え、前記圧力変動検出装置が、一方では、前記作用チャンバ(4)の一端に接続され、その他端に前記取入れ弁(3)を備えるダクト(10、10’)と、他方では、前記ダクト内の圧力を感知可能であり、前記ダクトの壁内に装着された手段(11)とを備え、
前記ダクト内の圧力を感知可能な前記手段(11)が、前記ダクト(10、10’)の壁部分に取付けられた膜(13、13’)であって前記作用チャンバ(4)から生じる圧力を受ける膜(13、13’)と、圧力変動により生じる前記膜(13、13’)の移動を検出する検出手段(18、19、20;18’、20’)とを備え、
前記ダクト内の圧力を感知可能な手段(11)が、前記ポンプの動作を解析するように、検出された圧力変動を利用する手段に接続される液体計量ポンプ。 - 前記膜(13、13’)が、前記ダクト(10、10’)の内側表面からセットバックされた空洞内に配置され、前記空洞が、横断方向のオリフィス(16)を介して前記ダクトと連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体計量ポンプ。
- 前記膜の動きを検出する前記検出手段が、前記膜に接続されたフィンガ(18)によって作動されるフィーラ(19)を備えた光センサ(20)からなる機械的手段であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液体計量ポンプ。
- 前記膜の動きを検出する前記圧力変動検出装置(D)が、誘導タイプの変位センサ、ホール効果センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の液体計量ポンプ。
- 前記圧力変動検出装置(D)が、前記作用チャンバ内の圧力の変動を示す電気信号を供給するためのトランスデューサ(20、20’)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の液体計量ポンプ。
- 前記圧力変動を利用する手段が、電子計算手段(12)を備え、この電子計算手段(12)は、(1)前記液体計量ポンプより供給される主要液中の添加液のリアルタイムでの用量と、(2)前記液体計量ポンプが使用された時間と、(3)前記液体計量ポンプによる添加液の消費量を計算する請求項5に記載の液体計量ポンプ。
- 前記圧力変動検出装置(D)が、前記作用チャンバ(4)に分離可能に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の液体計量ポンプ。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の添加液を計量し吐出するポンプ用の圧力変動検出装置において、
一方では、ポンプの作用チャンバ(4)の一方の端部に分離可能に連結できるダクト(10、10’)を備え、他方では前記ダクト内の圧力を感知可能な手段であって、前記ダクト(10、10’)の壁部に取付けられた手段(11)を設け、
前記ダクト内の圧力を感知可能な前記手段(11)が、前記ダクト(10、10’)の壁の一部に取付けられた膜(13、13’)であって、前記作用チャンバ(4)から生じる圧力を受ける膜(13、13’)を備え、
さらに前記圧力変動に起因する前記膜(13、13’)の移動を検出する検出手段(18、19、20;18’、20’)を備えた圧力変動検出装置。
