Claims (15)

1. Polypeptid, der omfatter aminosyresekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2 eller en aminosyresekvens, der kodes af nukleotidsekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1, eller et variantpolypeptid eller variantpolynukleotid deraf, hvor variantpolypeptidet har mindst 98 % sekvensidentitet med sekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2, eller variantpolynukleotidet koder for et polypeptid, der har mindst 98 % sekvensidentitet med sekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 2, hvor polypeptidet har beta-glucosidaseaktivitet.
2. Polynukleotid, der omfatter: (a) nukleotidsekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1; eller (b) en nukleotidsekvens, der hybridiserer selektivt med et polynukleotid, der er det reverse komplement til SEQ ID NO: 1, under hybridiseringsbetingelser med 6X natriumchlorid/natriumcitrat (SSC) ved ca. 45 °C, efterfulgt af én eller flere vaske i 1 x SSC, 0,1 % SDS ved ca. 65 °C; eller (c) en nukleotidsekvens med mindst 90 % sekvensidentitet med nukleotidsekvensen ifølge SEQ ID NO: 1; eller (d) en nukleotidsekvens, der er det reverse komplement til en nukleotidsekvens ifølge (a) , (b) eller (c) , nukleotidet koder for et polypeptid ifølge krav 1.
3. Nukleinsyrekonstruktion, der omfatter polynukleotidet ifølge krav 2.
4. Vektor, der inkorporerer en polynukleotidsekvens ifølge krav 2.
5. Celle, der omfatter et polypeptid ifølge krav 1, et polynukleotid ifølge krav 2, en nukleinsyrekonstruktion ifølge krav 3 eller en vektor ifølge krav 4, hvilken celle er i stand til overekspression af polypeptidet.
6. Celle ifølge krav 5, hvor cellen er en eukaryot celle.
7. Celle ifølge krav 6, hvor cellen er en svampecelle.
8. Celle ifølge krav 7, hvor svampecellen er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af slægterne Aspergillus, Trichoderma/Hypocrea, Fusarium, Disporotrichum, Penicillium, Acremonium, Neurospora, Thermoascus, Myceliophtora, Sporotrichum, Thielavia, Chryosporium, Fusarium, Humicola, Neurospora og Talaromyces.

11. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af et substrat, der omfatter carbohydratmateriale, eventuelt et plantemateriale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter etablering af kontakt mellem substratet og et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 og/eller en sammensætning ifølge krav 9.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor substratet er et plantemateriale, og plantematerialet er tilvejebragt i form af en plante, en plantepulp, et planteekstrakt, en fødevare eller bestanddel, der stammer derfra, eller et stof, tekstil eller beklædningsstykke, der omfatter et plantemateriale.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11 og/eller krav 12, hvor behandlingen omfatter degradering og/eller modificering af cellulose og/eller hemicellulose og/eller et pektinstof.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter fremstilling af et fermenterbart sukker ved etablering af kontakt mellem lignocellulosemateriale og et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 og/eller en sammensætning ifølge krav 9 og fermentering af det resulterende fermenterbare sukker til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt.
15. Anvendelse af et polypeptid ifølge krav 1 og/eller en sammensætning ifølge krav 9 til fremstilling af sukker fra et lignocellulosemateriale.
