Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af kollagenpulver, der omfatter følgende trin: fremstilling ved en temperatur på 50 °C eller lavere af ct vådt kollagenprodukt ved at udsætte en hud eller et skind for et størrelsesreduktionstrin; et trin med alkalisk og/eller oxiderende behandling; og et neutraliseringstrin; efterfulgt af tørring af det våde kollagenprodukt i et tidsrum på 2 minutter eller mindre ved anvendelse af en valsetørrer for at opnå kollagcnpulveret.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor tørringen sker ved anvendelse af en valsetørrer med en overfladetemperatur på mere end 150 °C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge det foregående krav, hvor temperaturen i trinene med fremstilling af det våde kollagenprodukt holdes på 45 °C eller lavere og fortrinsvis 40 °C eller lavere.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor tørringen af det våde kollagenprodukt sker ved en overfladetemperatur for valsetørreren på 155 °C eller højere, fortrinsvis 160 °C eller højere, mere fortrinsvis 165 ±4 °C.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor dyrehuden eller -skindet er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af kvæg, svin og ijerkræ, fortrinsvis kvæg.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den alkaliske og/eller oxiderende behandling udføres ved en pH-værdi på 10 eller højere, fortrinsvis 11 eller højere, mere fortrinsvis 12 eller højere.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor neutraliseringsbehandlingen resulterer i en pH-værdi på 6 eller lavere, fortrinsvis fra 5 til 6.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den/det formalede dyrehud eller -skind tørres inden for 24 timer efter formaling, fortrinsvis inden for 12 timer, mere fortrinsvis inden for 6 timer og mest fortrinsvis direkte efter formaling.
9. Kollagenpulver, der er et kvæg-, svine- eller fjerkræ, der kan opnås ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, der har en Bloom-gelstyrke på mindst 300, bestemt ved standardprøvningsmetode ISO 9665 ved anvendelse af en gel med en koncentration på 6,67 %, der er opbevaret i 17 timer ved 10 °C før målingen.
10. Kollagenpulver ifølge det foregående krav, der er et kvægkollagen, og som omfatter mindre end 1 vægt-% fedt, tørstofbasis, og mindst 95 vægt-% protein, tørstofbasis; bestemt ved jVx5,52-metoden.
11. Kollagenpulver ifølge krav 9 eller 10, hvor mere end 99 vægt-% kollagen af kollagemnolekyleme har den samme molekylmasse.
12. Kollagenpulver ifølge det foregående krav, der er et kvægkollagenpulverprodukt, hvor kollagenet har en molekylmasse på ca. 80 kDa.
13. Kollagenpulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-12, til anvendelse i reduktion af sult og til vægtstyring, hvor fortrinsvis fødevareproduktet er beregnet til behandling af fedme og metabolisk syndrom, navnlig til behandling af insulinresistens.
14. Fødevareprodukt, der har en kraftig mæthedseffekt, der omfatter op til 5 vægt-% kollagenpulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9-12, fortrinsvis 2-4 vægt-%, mere fortrinsvis 3 ± 0,5 vægt-% baseret på tørvægten.
15. Fødevareprodukt ifølge krav 14, hvor fødevareproduktet omfatter ingredienser udvalgt fra grøntsager, frugt, æg, kød eller mælkeprodukter, frø, kom, bælgfrugter, fedtstoffer eller olier, vand, aromastoffer, farvestoffer og smagsstoffer, fødevaresalte, fyldemidler, emulgeringsmidler, saccharider, kunstige og naturlige sødemidler, såsom sukker og sukkerkilder, carbohydrater, vitaminer, mineraler og kombinationer deraf.
