Claims (14)
- SCANNING AF HULRUM MED BEGRÆNSET TILGÆNGELIGHED1. Fremgangsmåde til scanning af delvist blokerede indvendige overflader, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at: - tilvejebringe en sondeformet scanner (101, 102, 1201), som har en akse, hvor den sondeformede scanner omfatter: • mindst en lyskilde (202), der er konfigureret til at generere og projektere struktureret lys, og • mindst et kamera (205, 505), som er konfigureret til at optage 2D-billeder; - indføre den sondeformede scanner i et hulrum af en genstand (502), hvor hulrummet er begrænset af en indvendig overflade (502) af genstanden; - generere og projektere struktureret lys (501) fra lyskilden af sonden, som frembringer et mønster på den indvendige overflade af genstanden; - optage en serie af 2D-billeder af mønsterets refleksion fra den indvendige overflade ved anvendelse af kameraet; - kombinere serien af 2D-billeder for at opnå 3D-koordinater fra den virkelige verden af den indvendige overflade; - registrere et eller flere huller i 3D-koordinaterne fra den virkelige verden svarende til områder af den indvendige overflade, hvor en visuel adgang er blokeret på grund af den geometriske form af den indvendige overflade; og - tilvejebringe data og behandle dataene for at generere 3D-koordinater fra den virkelige verden for områderne af den indvendige overflade, hvor den visuelle adgang er blokeret.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge krav 1, hvor en del af dataene om overfladeinformationer for det venstre øre anvendes som en del af dataene om overfladeinformationer for det højre øre, hvis der er dele af det højre øre, hvor der ikke er blevet erhvervet overfladeinformationer, og vice versa.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor huller i en scanning udledes eller interpoleres på basis af tidligere scanninger af personens øre.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge det foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at: - tilvejebringe, at kameraet (205, 505) omfatter en flerhed af sensorelementer eller en flerhed af grupper af sensorelementer; - variere fokusplanet af mønsteret over et område af fokusplanpositioner, mens der bibeholdes et i det væsentlige fikseret rumligt forhold mellem kameraet og den indvendige overflade, hvor kombinationen af 2D-billeder ved analyse af 2D-billederne omfatter bestemmelse af i-fokus-positionerne af fokusplanet for: a) hvert af en flerhed af sensorelementer i kameraet for området af fokusplanpositioner eller b) hver af en flerhed af grupper af sensorelementerne i kameraet for området af fokusplaner, og hvor 3D-koordinaterne fra den virkelige verden er fra i-fokus-positionerne.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor huller i overfladeinformationerne lukkes, ved at de tilpasses matematiske overflader af højere orden som for eksempel anden orden, tredje orden, fjerde orden osv.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor huller i overfladeinformationerne lukkes ved anvendelse af informationer om, hvor der ikke findes nogen overflade.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor huller i overfladeinformationerne lukkes ved anvendelse af andre data end billeddata som for eksempel farve, interferens, vinkel med reflekteret lys og/eller data fra en eller flere andre sensorer end kameraet.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor der identificeres fremmedlegemer i øregangen.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge krav 8, hvor identificering af fremmedlegemer omfatter detektering af refleksioner fra fremmedlegemet og analysering af forskellen i det reflekterede lys fra hhv. huden og fremmedlegemet.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter anvendelse af monokromatisk lys til illuminering af overfladen for at analysere reflekteret lys.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af kravene 8 til 10, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter identificering af fremmedlegemer ved at korrelere overfladedata med 3D-positionen af de specifikke data.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af kravene 8 til 11, hvor fremmedlegemer i øret udfiltreres fra billederne af øret.
- 13. Fremgangsmåde til scanning ifølge et af kravene 8 til 12, hvor operatøren får vist fremmedlegemer på et display, herunder hvor fremmedlegemerne er farvet med en anden farve på displayet end resten af overfladen på billedet.
- 14. Scannersystem til tredimensionel scanning af indvendige overflader, hvilket scan nersystem omfatter: - en sondeformet scanner (101, 102, 1201), der er konfigureret til at blive ført ind i et hulrum, hvor den sondeformede scanner omfatter • mindst en lyskilde (202), som er tilpasset til at generere og projektere struktureret lys, som frembringer et mønster på den indvendige overflade af en genstand, hvor lyskilden udsender lys fra et emissionspunkt; og • mindst et kamera (205, 505), der er tilpasset til at optage 2D-billeder af mønsteret, hvor kameraet akkumulerer lys på et akkumulationspunkt; - en datakonverteringsindretning, som er tilpasset til at konvertere 2D-billeder til 3D-koordinater fra den virkelige verden, - en databehandlingsindretning, som er konfigureret til at registrere et eller flere huller i 3D-koordinaterne fra den virkelige verden svarende til områder af den indvendige overflade, hvor en visuel adgang er blokeret på grund af den geometriske form af den indvendige overflade, og til at tilvejebringe data og behandle dataene for at generere 3D-koordinater fra den virkelige verden for områderne af den indvendige overflade, hvor den visuelle adgang er blokeret.
