Claims (8)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at bestemme mykotoksin-dannelse i et indre miljø omfattende trinnene: a) indsamling afen luftprøve fra det indre miljø, og derefter b) detektering af VOC'er i prøven, kendetegnet ved at trin b) inkluderer søgning efter et kemisk fingeraftryk omfattende mindst et målmolekyle som er en VOC associeret med mykotoksin-dannelse, valgt fra gruppen omfattende ylangene, germacrene D, 1,1-dimethylbutylbenzen, 1,1,2-trimethyl-propyl-benzen, 1-hexyltetradecylbenzen, tetratetracontan, 1-ethyldecylbenzen, hydroxytoluenbutylat, 1-butyloctylbenzen og 1-propylnonylbenzen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at det kemiske fingeraftryk omfatter mindst to målmolekyler valgt fra gruppen omfattende cububen, cadien, copaen, ylangen, D germacren, muurolan, 1,1-dimethylbutylbenzen, 1,1,2-trimethyl-propyl-benzen, 1-hexyltetradecylbenzen, tetratetracontan, 1-ethyldecylbenzen, hydroxytoluenbutylat, 1-butyloctylbenzen, 1-propylnonylbenzen, 2-methylisoborneol, mindst en sesquiterpen, og af hvilke mindst et målmolekyle er en sesquiterpen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at det kemiske fingeraftryk inkluderer alle målmolekylerne.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved at den inkluderer et trin til at søge efter svampeforureningszoner, hvilket trin udføres før trin (a).
5. Fremgangsmåde til at bestemme mykotoksin-produktion i et indre miljø ifølge krav 1 omfattende trinnene: a) indsamling afen luftprøve fra det indre miljø; og derefter b) detektering af VOC'er i prøven, hvilket inkluderer detektering af tilstedeværelse eller fravær af visse forudbestemte VOC'er som stammer fra svampemetabolisme, hvor disse forudbestemte VOC'er inkluderer mindst en VOC fra hver af de følgende tre kategorier af VOC'er: 1) VOC'er som frigives uafhængigt af svampearten og dennes medium og som kun frigives af svampearter; 2) VOC'er som frigives uafhængigt af svampearten og mediet, og som frigives af biologiske arter, som ikke er svampe; 3) VOC'er som frigives som en funktion af svampearten og/eller dennes medium; c) beregning af et kemisk indeks for svampeforurening som en funktion af henholdsvis tilstedeværelsen og fraværet af de forudbestemte VOC'er som stammer fra svampemetabolisme, kendetegnet ved at fremgangsmåden endvidere inkluderer et trin (d) med søgning efter et kemisk fingeraftryk som omfatter mindst et målmolekyle som er en VOC associeret med mykotoksin-dannelse.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved at målmolekylet vælges fra gruppen omfattende cububen, cadien, copaen, ylangen, D germacren, muurolan, 1,1-dimethylbutylbenzen, 1,1,2-trimethyl-propyl-benzen, 1-hexyltetradecylbenzen, tetratetracontan, 1-ethyldecylbenzen, hydroxytoluenbutylat, 1-butyloctylbenzen, 1-propylnonylbenzen, 2-methylisoborneol og mindst en sesquiterpen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 eller 6, kendetegnet ved at det kemiske fingeraftryk omfatter mindst to målmolekyler, af hvilke mindst et er en sesquiterpen.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7, kendetegnet ved at det kemiske fingeraftryk omfatter alle målmolekylerne.
