Claims (8)

1. Transportsystem, der består af en transportindretning til transport af en preform gennem en lukket transportkanal i transportindretningen, hvor preformen (P) transporteres i en opretstående position, dvs. med bunden nedad og åbningen opad, hvor preformen (P) har en krave (KR), der er i preformens (P) øvre område og har en diameter, som er større end preformens (P) diameter, hvor transportkanalen (K) har et tværsnit, der er tilpasset til preformens (P) udvendige kontur, hvor transportkanalen (K) har modsat beliggende noter (N1, N2), i hvilke preformen (P) kommer til at ligge an med kraven (KR), og hvor der er udformet en blæser i transportindretningen, hvilken blæser blæser gas ind i transportkanalen (K) i transportretningen, og preformen (P) transporteres gennem transportkanalen (K) ved hjælp af den indblæste gas, at transportkanalen (K) har ventiler til regulering af afgangsluftstrømmen, hvilke ventiler hjælper med at regulere preformens (P) bevægelse fremad, hvor der under transporten af de efter hinanden følgende preforme (P) opbygges et luftpolster (LP), således at, når den forreste preform (P) standses, den efterfølgende preform (P) relativt blidt tilslutter sig til den forreste.
2. Transportsystem ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der til volumenreduktion kan være udformet en bundskinne (BE) i transportkanalens (K) tværsnit, hvilken bundskinne kan justeres i sin position og dermed vertikalt ved hjælp af et drev (PZ).
3. Transportsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en luftindgangs- (AS) og en luftudgangsstuds (S).
4. Transportsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at i det område af transportkanalen (K), hvor blæserens luft kommer ind i transportkanalen (K), transportkanalen (K) har boringer (BF), der går igennem transportkanalens (K) væg (U) i retning af transportretningen.
5. Transportsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at transportkanalen (K) dannes af vægge (W1, W2), der består af rustfrit stål eller kunststoffer, fortrinsvis FDA-godkendt.
6. Transportsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at transportkanalen (K) har vinduer (F).

Transportsystem ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at transportkanalen (K) har åbninger (SB), der tjener til, at en luftstrøm kan komme ud til transport af preformen (P), og antallet eller diameteren af åbningerne (SB) er valgt således, at der opnås en fremdrift samtidig med en samtidig friktionsreduktion og en ren atmosfære i preform-åbningens område.
8. Fremgangsmåde til transport af en preform ind i en transportindretning ifølge kravene 1-7, hvor transportindretningen har en tilsluttet transportkanal (K), hvor preformen (P) transporteres i en opretstående position, dvs. med bunden nedad og åbningen opad, hvor preformen (P) har en krave (KR), der er større end preformens (P) diameter, hvor transportkanalen (K) har et tværsnit, som er tilpasset til preformens (P) udvendige kontur, hvor transportkanalen (K) har modsat beliggende noter (N1, N2), i hvilke preformen (P) kommer til at ligge an med kraven (KR), og hvor der er udformet en blæser, der blæser gas ind i transportkanalen (K) i transportretningen, og preformen (P) transporteres gennem transportkanalen (K) ved hjælp af den indblæste gas, og der derved opbygges et luftpolster (LP) mellem de enkelte preforme (P), således at, når den forreste preform (P) standses, tilslutter den efterfølgende sig relativt blidt til den forreste.
