Claims (17)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE E Fremgangsmåde til raffinering af en planteolie, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter et trin med at bringe olien i kontakt med et enzym, der kan hydrolysere klorofyl eller et klorofylderivat, hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien i tilstedeværelse af mindst 1 vægt-% phospholipid, og hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien i tilstedeværelse af mindre end 0,2 vægt-% lysophosholipid, hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien før eller under et trin med degummiering af olien.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter (a) at bringe enzymet i kontakt med olien før (b) degummiering af olien ved anvendelse af en phospholipase eller en acyltransferase.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter at bringe olien i kontakt med enzymet og en phospholipase C i et enkelt trin.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien ved en temperatur på mindre end 70 °C.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien i tilstedeværelse af 1 til 5 vægt-% vand.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor degummieringstrinnet omfatter vanddegummiering.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor degummieringstrinnet omfatter tilsætning af en syre til olien efterfulgt af neutralisering med et alkali.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden ikke omfatter et trin med lerbehandling.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter udførelse af et desodoriseringstrin for at frembringe en desodoriseret olie og et destillat.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller krav 9, hvor fremgangsmåden frembringer et niveau af carotenoider og/eller tocopherol i den raffinerede olie og/eller destillatet, der er forhøjet sammenlignet med en fremgangsmåde, der omfatter et lerbehandlingstrin.
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor enzymet omfatter en chlorophyllase, pheophytinase, pyropheophytinase eller pheophytinpheophorbidhydrolase.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor enzymet omfatter en polypeptidsekvens som defineret i en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 4, 6 eller 8 til 15, eller et funktionelt fragment eller variant deraf.
- 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor enzymet omfatter en polypeptidsekvens med mindst 75 % sekvensidentitet med en hvilken som helst af SEQ ID NO: 1, 2, 4, 6 eller 8 til 15 over mindst 50 aminosyrerester.
- 14. Anvendelse af en fremgangsmåde som defineret i et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 13, til at øge et niveau af carotenoider og/eller tocopherol i en raffineret olie og/eller et destillat opnået ved desodorisering af olien.
- 15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien ved en temperatur på 58 til 62 °C.
- 16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien i tilstedeværelse af ca. 1 vægt-% vand.
- 17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13 eller 15, hvor enzymet bringes i kontakt med olien ved et pH på 6,3 til 6,5.
