Claims (16)

1. Fremgangsmåde til oparbejdelsen og afgiftningen af et, især termoplastisk, materiale eller til fjernelsen af forstyrrende stoffer eller forureninger fra dette materiale, hvorved materialet opvarmes i i det mindste en optagelsesbeholder (1) under vakuum, blandes og eventuelt sønderdeles, og hvorved et skylleme-dium ledes ind i optagelsesbeholderen (1) under materialeniveauet og føres igennem i det mindste et delområde af materialet, og det med forstyrrende stoffer berigede eller mættede skyllemedium bringes ud af optagelsesbeholderen (1) igen, kendetegnet ved, at den i optagelsesbeholderen (1) indførte mængde af skyllemedium ved et flydende skyllemedium er mindre end 0,1 liter per time per kilogram materiale eller behandlet mængde af materiale per time, hvorved samtidigt vakuummet i optagelsesbeholderen (1) holdes permanent under 100 mbar.
2. Fremgangsmåde til oparbejdelsen og afgiftningen af et, især termoplastisk, materiale eller til fjernelsen af forstyrrende stoffer eller forureninger fra dette materiale, hvorved materialet opvarmes i i det mindste en optagelsesbeholder (1) under vakuum, blandes og eventuelt sønderdeles, og hvorved et skyllemedium ledes ind i optagelsesbeholderen (1) under materialeniveauet, føres igennem i det mindste et delområde af materialet, og det med forstyrrende stoffer berigede eller mættede skyllemedium bringes ud af optagelsesbeholderen (1) igen, kendetegnet ved, at den i optagelsesbeholderen (1) indførte mængde af skyllemedium ved et gasformigt skyllemedium er mindre end 5 Nm3, især mindre end 0,1 Nm3 (Normkubikmeter Vn ifølge SIN 1343) per time per kilogram materiale eller behandlet mængde af materiale per time, hvorved samtidigt vakuummet i optagelsesbeholderen (1) holdes permanent under 100 mbar, hvorved det gasformige skyllemedium indføres, indtræder eller rammer imod materialer med en hastighed på mindst 1m/min i optagelsesbeholderen (1).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at vakuummet holdes permanent under 50 mbar, især imellem 10 og 20 mbar, fortrinsvis under 2 mbar.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at skyllemidlet tilsættes et gasformigt stof, især luft, carbondioxid, vanddamp, inert gas, såsom f.eks. nitrogen osv.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved, at skylle-mediet indsættes en væske, især vand, som fordamper umiddelbart efter ind-trædningen i optagelsesbeholderen (1).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at skyllemediet er polart eller apolart.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at skyllemediet opvarmes og/eller tørres før indtrædningen i optagelsesbeholderen (1), især til temperaturen i optagelsesbeholderen (1).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at skyllemediet anbringes eller indtræder eller rammer imod materialet med en hastighed på mindst 1 m/min i optagelsesbeholderen (1).

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at den i optagelsesbeholderen (1) indtrædende mængde af skyllemedium ved et gasformigt skyllemedium er mindre end 0,050 Nm3, især inden for området af 0,001 til 0,047 Nm3 (Normkubikmeter Vn), fortrinsvis fra 0,001 til 0,030 Nm3, per time per kilogram materiale eller behandlet mængde af materiale per time, og ved et flydende skyllemedium før fordampningen er i området fra 0,0001 til 0,08 liter, fortrinsvis imellem 0,003 til 0,05 liter, per time per kilogram materiale eller behandlet mængde af materiale per time.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at mængden af behandlet materiale eller tilføringen og udføringen af materialet og skyllemidlet i eller fra optagelsesbeholderen (1) hver for sig foregår kontinuerligt.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at skylle-mediet indføres via bundfladen i den især cylindriske, optagelsesbeholder (1).
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at skylle-mediet indføres via i det mindste en, eventuelt en enkelt, dyse, f.eks. en nåledyse, fortrinsvis med en diameter på fra 1 til 10 mm, især med en åben flade på < 70 mm2.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at ved oparbejdelsen af et, især termoplastisk, polymermateriale, foregår behandlingen ved en temperatur over gasovergangstemperaturen og under smelteområdet, fortrinsvis ved en temperatur, ved hvilken materialet foreligger i en blødgjort tilstand, fortrinsvis i området af VICAT-blødgøringspunktet (ifølge DIN 306, A, 10N, 50 K/h).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at optagelsesbeholderen (1) er koblet ind foran og/eller efter mindst en yderligere optagelsesbeholder (1’), og materialet strømmer igennem alle optagelsesbeholderne (1, 1’, ...) efter hinanden, hvorved fremgangsmåden ifølge et af de foregående krav gennemføres i hver optagelsesbeholder (1, 1’, ...), især med hver indbyrdes forskellige skyllemedier og med forskellige mængder af skyllemedier.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en enkelt forbehandlingsbeholder eller to parallelt sammenkoblede forbehandlingsbeholdere og en hertil sluttet hovedbehandlingsbeholder, hvorved fremgangsmåden ifølge et af de foregående krav gennemføres i hovedbehandlingsbeholderen og fortrinsvis også i hver forbehandlingsbeholder, hvorved især temperaturen i hovedbehandlingsbeholderen er større end i forbehandlingsbeholderen og/eller trykket i hovedbehandlingsbeholderen er mindre end i forbehandlingsbeholderen.
16. Apparat til udøvelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge et af de foregående krav, med i det mindste en, især i det væsentlige tragtformet eller cylindrisk, især en bundflade (3) og en sidevæg (2) omfattende, via en vakuumpumpe evakuerbar, optagelsesbeholder eller snitkompressor (1), hvori der er anbragt i det mindste et, især omkring en lodret akse (8) drejeligt, blandeværktøj (12, 21), som bevæger det i det indre af optagelsesbeholderen foreliggende, fortrinsvis stykformet eller partikelformet materiale, som skal oparbejdes, især et plastmateriale i form af ikke smeltede polymerpartikler, eller bringer det i rotation, blander det, opvarmer det eller eventuelt sønderdeler det eller påvirket materialet, hvorved der i optagelsesbeholderen (1) under niveauet for det under brug i optagelsesbeholderen (1) værende materiale eller under materialeniveauet for en under brug dannende blandeprop er tildannet eller tilsluttet i det mindste et skyllemediumtil-føringsmiddel, fortrinsvis i form af en dyse, til indføringen af et skyllemedium i det indre af optagelsesbeholderen (1), kendetegnet ved, at skyllemediumtilfø-ringsmidlet er således indrettet, at skyllemediet er indførligt med en hastighed på i det mindste 1 m/min i optagelsesbeholderen (1), og at optagelsesbeholderen (1) og vakuumpumpen er således tildannet eller konstruktivt således indrettet, at der i optagelsesbeholderen (1) er opretholdeligt et vakuum på permanent under 100 mbar.
