Claims (15)

1. Fleksibelt rørlegeme omfattende anordning til tilvejebringelse af et varmeisoleringslag i et fleksibelt rør, kendetegnet ved, at anordningen omfatter: ét eller flere indkapslede områder (301, 1201, 1501) af aerogelmateriale (350) placeret i et lag af det fleksible rørlegeme, hvilket ene eller flere områder omfatter et indkapslet kanalområde (301) i et tværsnit af et bånd (300, 490, 590) der danner et spiralvundet båndlag, hvilket kanalområde mindst delvist er fyldt med aerogelmaterialet, hvor tilstødende vindinger og tilsvarende indkapslede kanalområder strækker sig som et lag langs det fleksible rørlegeme, hvor tværsnittet af båndet endvidere omfatter et dalområde og et hageområde, der fastlåser tilstødende vindinger til hinanden i båndlaget.
2. Fleksibelt rørlegeme omfattende anordning for tilvejebringelse af et varmeisoleringslag i et fleksibelt rør, kendetegnet ved, at anordningen omfatter: ét eller flere indkapslede områder (301, 1201, 1501) af aerogelmateriale (350) placeret i et lag af det fleksible rørlegeme, hvilket ene eller flere områder omfatter et ringformet kanalområde i et tværsnit af et ringelement (1500, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2000, 2100), hvilket kanalområde mindst delvist er fyldt med aerogelmaterialet, hvor en flerhed af ringelementer er placeret i et koaksialt side-ved-side-forhold for derved at tilvejebringe laget.
3. Anordning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvilken anordning endvidere omfatter: det ene eller flere områder omfatter mindst ét indkapslet kontinuerligt lag af aerogelmateriale, der strækker sig aksialt langs en del af det fleksible rørlegeme.
4. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvilken anordning endvidere omfatter: det ene eller flere områder omfatter en flerhed af indkapslede lag af aerogelmateriale placeret i en i alt væsentligt ende-til-ende-konfiguration, der hvert strækker sig langs en tilsvarende del af det fleksible rørlegeme.
5. Anordning ifølge krav 3 eller krav 4, hvilken anordning endvidere omfatter: mindst ét indvendigt hylsterelement og mindst ét udvendigt hylsterelement koaksialt med og placeret på afstand af det indvendige hylster, hvorved kanalområdet tilvejebringes derimellem, hvilket kanalområde indkapsler og mindst delvist er fyldt med et lag af aerogelmaterialet, og hvilken anordning eventuelt endvidere omfatter: hvert indvendigt hylsterelement og udvendigt hylsterelement er i alt væsentligt cylindrisk, og kanalområdet er et ringformet område, der strækker sig koaksialt derimellem, og/eller hvilken anordning eventuelt endvidere omfatter: hvert af det indvendige hylsterelement og udvendige hylsterelement har en bølgeformet profil langs en tilsvarende længde deraf, og/eller hvilken anordning eventuelt endvidere omfatter: hvert indvendigt hylsterelement er tætnet ved en første og anden ende deraf til en tilsvarende første og anden ende af et tilsvarende udvendigt hylsterelement, og/eller hvilken anordning eventuelt endvidere omfatter: hvert indvendige eller udvendige hylsterelement er et metalrørelement eller en metaldel af et rørelement, og/eller hvilken anordning eventuelt endvidere omfatter: en flerhed af forbindelsesringe med et i alt væsentligt H-formet tværsnit, hvor en tilsvarende forbindelsesring er placeret mellem hylsterelementer, der indkapsler tilstødende lag af aerogelmateriale,
6. Anordning ifølge krav 1, hvilken anordning endvidere omfatter: tværsnittet af båndet er bølgeformet og omfatter mindst et spids- (701) og dal- (700) område.
7. Anordning ifølge krav 6, hvilket anordning endvidere omfatter: et i alt væsentligt H-formet forbindelsesbånd (303, 603), der kan placeres mellem tilstødende vindinger af båndet.
8. Fleksibelt rørlegeme ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvilket rørlegeme endvidere omfatter: laget omfatter et skallag og/eller er isoleringslag af det fleksible rørlegeme med et legeme, der indkapsler ét eller flere indkapslede områder af aerogelmateriale, og eventuelt hvor: isoleringslaget omfatter et lag radialt uden for et armeringslag og/eller i umiddelbar nærhed af én indvendig overflade af et ydre kappelag af det fleksible rørlegeme.
9. Fleksibelt rør omfattende fleksibelt rørlegeme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8 og en eller flere endefittings.
10. Jumper (206), stigrør (200) eller strømningsledning (205) omfattende det fleksible rør ifølge krav 9.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fleksibelt rørlegeme, kendetegnet ved at omfatte følgende trin: tilvejebringelse af ét eller flere indkapslede områder af termisk isolerende aerogelmateriale i et lag af det fleksible rørlegeme, tilvejebringelse af de indkapslede områder ved spiralvikling af et bånd med et tværsnit indbefattende et kanalområde mindst delvist fyldt med aerogelmateriale omkring et underliggende lag i det fleksible rørlegeme, og fastlåsning til hinanden af tilstødende vindinger af båndet ved indlejring af et hageområde af en vinding i et dalområde af en tilstødende vinding.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fleksibelt rørlegeme, kendetegnet ved at omfatte følgende trin: tilvejebringelse af ét eller flere indkapslede områder af termisk isolerende aerogelmateriale i et lag af fleksible rørlegeme og tilvejebringelse af de indkapslede områder ved fastlåsning til hinanden af en flerhed af ringelementer placeret i et i alt væsentligt side-ved-side koaksialt forhold, hvor hvert ringelement omfatter en ringformet kanal, der kredser helt om ringelementet.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter følgende trin: tilvejebringelse af en flerhed af indkapslede lag af aerogelmateriale i en i alt væsentligt ende-tilende-konfiguration og fastgørelse af sidestillede indkapslede lag via mindst én tilsvarende H-formet forbindelsesring.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter følgende trin: fastlåsning til hinanden af tilstødende vindinger ved samtidigt vinding af et forbindelsesbånd ved et grænsefaldeområde mellem tilstødende vindinger af isoleringsbåndet.
15. Anvendelse af et fleksibelt rørlegeme ifølge krav 1 eller 2.
