Claims (14)
1. Laserbehandlingsindretning (100) til behandling af mennesker eller dyr, omfattende: en laserdiode (210), som er indrettet til at tilvejebringe en monokromatisk laserstråle, som naturligt divergerer med en lille vinkel (250) i en første retning og en med større vinkel (250) i en anden retning vinkelret på den første retning; en linse (220); en styring (240), som er indrettet til at styre aktivering af laserdioden; og en indkapsling (110), som omslutter laserdioden (210), linsen (220) og styringen (240), og som er indrettet til at blive håndholdt af en bruger; hvor linsen (220) er indrettet til at modtage den naturligt divergerende stråle direkte fra laserdioden (210) og at kollimere strålen til en langstrakt monokromatisk cohærent udgangsstråle (170), som, på et plan vinkelret på udbredelsesretningen for strålen, tilvejebringer et område af belysning, hvis længde er i det mindste to gange bredden, og at der er tilvejebragt en sikkerhedsmekanisme (300), som er indrettet til at aktivere indretningen (100) ved nedtrykning af en aktiveringskontakt (105) imod et belyst objekt.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor strålen (170), som tilvejebringes af laserdioden (210), er en infrarød laserstråle.
3. Indretning ifølge krav 2, som yderligere omfatter en synlig lyskilde (410), som er konfigureret til at tilvejebringe en synlig lysstråle (160), som bliver kombineret med laserstrålen for tilvejebringelse af synligt lys som en indikation for tilstedeværelsen af den infrarøde laserstråle.
4. Indretning ifølge krav 3, hvor den synlige lyskilde (410) er monteret således, at billedet af lyskilden er beliggende i fokalplanet for linsen.
5. Indretning ifølge krav 3 eller 4, hvor den synlige lyskilde (410) er konfigureret til at tilvejebringe en synlig lysstråle (160), som omgiver den infrarøde laserstråle (170), under dannelse af en ramme, som omslutter den infrarøde laserstråle.
6. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor dioden (210) har en emissionsbølgelængde på 800-900 nm, og en udgangseffekt på 100-900 mW.
7. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor dioden (210) tilvejebringer en udgangsstråle med en divergens (260) på 5-7° langs dennes bredde og en divergens (250) på 30-40° langs dennes længde.
8. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor linsen (220) er en toroideformet linse med en forskellig linseradius i den retning, som tilvejebringer længden af det belyste område og i den retning, som tilvejebringer bredden af det belyste område.
9. Indretning ifølge krav 8, hvor linsen (220) er en enkelt linse.
10. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den kollimerede udgangsstråle (170) tilvejebringer et belysningsområde med en længde 3-6 cm og en bredde 0,5-1 cm.
11. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor belysningsområdet (170) er rektangulært eller ellipseformet.
12. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor styringen er konfigureret til at opdatere et tasteforhold for laserdioden for opretholdelse af en konstant udgangseffekt selv om intensiteten for laserdioden ændrer sig over tid.
13. Indretning ifølge krav 12, hvor tasteforholdet for strålen, som tilvejebringes af laserdioden, indledningsvis er mindre end 50%.
14. Indretning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor sikkerhedsmekanismen (300) omfatter: to mikroomskiftere (320) i indkapslingen; og to fjederbelastede glidere (310, 330), placerede på modstående sider af linsen (220), idet individuelle glidere er konfigurerede til at nedtrykke respektive individuelle mikroomskiftere (320), som i sin tur er konfigurerede til at instruere styringen (240) om at aktivere laserdioden (210).
