Claims (15)

1. Bærbar inhalator (1) til drivmiddelfri afmålt forstøvning af en medikamentfremstilling (2), fortrinsvis til et dyr, især en hest (32), hvilken har en trykgenerator (5), hvilken fortrinsvis er i form af en pumpe, og/eller hvilken fortrinsvis fungerer mekanisk og hvilken har en uddrivningsdyse (12) til fremføring af den forstøvede medikamentfremstilling (2) som en aerosol (14), hvilken trykgenerator (5) har en drivfjeder (7) til trykdannelse og forstøvning, hvilken inhalator (1) har en spændeanordning (38) til spænding af drivfjederen (7), kendetegnet ved at inhalatoren (1) eller spændeanordningen (38) er konstrueret til at betjenes med én hånd, hvor spændeanordningen (38) omfatter et manuelt betjent aktuatorelement (39), hvilket er drejeligt ved påvirkning, hvor spændeanordningen (38) omfatter et koblingselement (43) til omdannelse af bevægelse af aktuatorelementet (39) ved påvirkning til en spændebevægelse til at spænde drivfjederen (7), og hvor koblingselementet (43) er konfigureret til at omdanne den drejende bevægelse af aktuatorelementet (39) til en lineær bevægelse.
2. Inhalator ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at tilføjelsesenheden (23) eller kammeret (24) er cylindrisk, aflangt eller konisk i konstruktion.
3. Inhalator ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at forbinderen (25) til at give adgang for aerosolen (14) er anbragt mellem modsatte ender af kammeret (24) eller åbner lateralt ind i kammeret (24).
4. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at kammeret (24) har et volumen af mere end 0,2 I, fortrinsvis mere end 0,25 I, især cirka 0,3 til 0,6 I.
5. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at tilføjelsesenheden (23) har en indgangsåbning (28) til at give adgang for lufttilførsel ind i kammeret (24), hvilken indgangsåbning (28) er anbragt opstrøms for forbinderen (25) for at tillade aerosolen (14) ind i kammeret (24).
6. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at indåndingsindikatoren (30) fungerer mekanisk og/eller omfatter et element, som kan afbøjes eller drejes ved strømmen af luft.
7. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at dispenseringsanordningen (27) omfatter eller danner et blødt endestykke, der har en udgang (33).
8. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at dispenseringsanordningen (27) er konstrueret som en nasal adapter til indsættelse i et næsebor (31) af en hest (32) eller øvrigt dyr.
9. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren (1) omfatter midler til mekanisk rensning af uddrivningsdysen (12).
10. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne omfatter et drejeelement (36) og/eller et renseelement (37).
11. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at trykdannelse eller forstøvning udføres ved fjederkraft.
12. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren (1) omfatter en tilføjelsesenhed (23) med et kammer (24) til modtagelse og/eller midlertidig opbevaring af aerosolen (14), hvilken inhalator (1) har mindst ét af følgende træk: (a) indførelse af aerosolen (14) ind i kammeret (24) finder sted ved rette vinkler på en primær dispenseringsretning og/eller langsgående retning af kammeret (24); (b) tilføjelsesenheden (23) omfatter en indgangsventil (29) til at give adgang for lufttilførsel ind i kammeret (24) og til at hindre strømning i den modsatte retning, hvilken indgangsventil (29) er anbragt opstrøms for en forbinder (25) til at give adgang for aerosolen (14) ind i kammeret (24); (c) tilføjelsesenheden (23) omfatter en indåndingsindikator (30) til at indikere en strøm af luft gennem kammeret (24) i den dispenserende retning; (d) tilføjelsesenheden (23) omfatter en dispenserende forbindelse (26) til at forbinde til en dispenseringsanordning (27) udelukkende i en defineret rotationsposition; (e) inhalatoren (1) omfatter en dispenseringsanordning (27), hvilken kan være forbundet til tilføjelsesenheden (23) eller er dannet derved, hvilken dispenseringsanordning (27) har en større diameter eller tværsnit end kammeret (24); (f) inhalatoren (1) er konstrueret til at være i stand til at spændes og frigives ved anvendelse af én hånd; (g) inhalatoren (1) omfatter et udløsningselement (8), hvilket er anbragt i den langsgående retning af kammeret (24); (h) inhalatoren (1) omfatter midler til at dække og/eller rense uddrivningsdysen (12).
13. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at spændeanordningen (38) omfatter et aktuatorelement (39), som kan betjenes manuelt for at spænde drivfjederen (7), hvilket aktuatorelement (39) især er drejeligt og/eller flytbart på en lineær måde.
14. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren (1) er konstrueret, således at aerosolen (14) fremføres ved lav hastighed, især ved en hastighed af mindre end 2 m/s, især fortrinsvis cirka 1,6 m/s eller mindre, ved en afstand af 10 cm fra uddrivningsdysen (12).
15. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at inhalatoren (1) er konstrueret til at uddrive og forstøve 10 til 50 pi af medikament- fremstillingen (2) pr. påvirkning eller dosis over et tidsrum af mere end 0,7 s, især i alt væsentligt 1 s eller mere.
