Claims (14)

1. Indretning til overførsel af lyd til et øre af en bruger, hvor øret omfatter et mellemøre og en trommehinde: en udgangstransducerenhed (30), der er indrettet til kobling med et væv af et mellemøre af en bruger, hvor udgangstransducerenheden omfatter mindst én transducer, der er konfigureret til at modtage energi, der overføres gennem tommehinden; og en lydtransducer, der er koblet til den mindst én transducer og konfigureret til at overføre lyden til brugen som reaktion på energien, når udgangstrandsdu-cerenheden støttes på vævet af brugerens mellemøre, hvor lydtransduceren har en membran, der er konfigureret til at vibrere og fortrænge luft for at overføre lyden til brugeren som reaktion på energien, kendetegnet ved, at: den mindst én transducer er konfigureret til at modtage lysenergi, som omfatter mindst ét af ultraviolet lys, synligt lys eller infrarødt lys, som overføres gennem trommehinden, hvor en del af udgangstransducerenheden (30) omfatter en udvidelse (32E), som er dimensioneret til at passe ind i en rund vinduesniche for at kobles til det runde vindue med luft, der forløber mellem lydtransduceren og det runde vindue, hvor udvidelsen omfatter en kanal (32CH), som har en maksimal tværsnitsdimension på højst ca. 3 mm for at passe ind i den runde vinduesniche og koncentrere lydtrykket, hvor kanalen strækker sig fra membranen af lydtransduceren til en åbning, hvor åbningen befinder sig på udvidelsen for at vende mod det runde vindue, når enheden støttes på vævet af mellemørekanalen, hvor membranen er konfigureret til at vibrere og fortrænge luft for at overføre lyden til brugeren som reaktion på lysenergien, og hvor lydtransduceren er konfigureret til at overføre lavfrekvenslyd, som omfatter første frekvenser under ca. 4kHz, til brugeren via trommehinden og at overføre højfrekvenslyd, som omfatter andre frekvenser over ca. 5kHz, til brugeren via det runde vindue, hvor indretningen har en lydprocessor med kredsløb, der er indstillet til at kompensere for forskellige forstærkninger blandt frekvenserne, på basis af overførselsfunktionen af den relative kobling af trommehinden og det runde vindue til lydtransduceren.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende et hus, der strækker sig i det mindste delvis omkring transduceren, som omfatter membranen, for at definere et kammer i udgangstransducerenheden.
3. Indretning ifølge krav 2, med huset, hvor kammeret omfatter et volumen, og transduceren er konfigureret til at forøge volumenet for at forøge et lufttryk af mellemøret og formindske volumenet for at formindske lufttrykket af mellemøret for at overføre lyden til brugen, og eventuelt hvor membranen er konfigureret til at bevæge sig væk fra kammeret for at forøge volumenet af kammeret og at bevæge sig mod kammeret for at formindske volumenet af kammeret, eller hvor kammeret omfatter et tætnet kammer til at forhindre luftstrøm ind og ud af kammeret, når membranen forøger og formindsker volumenet af kammeret.
4. Indretning ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en første mikrofon, der er konfigureret til at anbringes i brugerens øregang eller nær en øregangsåbning for at detektere højfrekvenslydlokaliseringssignaler med frekvenser over mindst ca. 4 kHz, eventuelt yderligere omfattende en anden mikrofon, der er konfigureret til at placeres væk fra øregangen og øregangsåbningen for at detektere lavfrekvenslyde med frekvenser under ca. 4 kHz.
12. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor den mindst én transducer omfatter en fotocelledetektor med en første flade til at modtage lys, og hvor udgangstransducerenheden omfatter en anden konkav flade til at modtage en del af promon-torium af mellemøret, hvor den første flade befinder sig over for den anden flade, og hvor lydtransduceren er anbragt mellem den første flade og den anden konkave flade.
13. Indretning ifølge krav 12, hvor den første flade er skrå i forhold til den anden flade, og hvor en første del af udgangstransducerenheden omfatter en første tykkelse, der strækker sig mellem den første flade og den anden flade, og hvor en anden del af udgangstransducerenheden omfatter en anden tykkelse, der strækker sig mellem den første flade og den anden flade, hvor den første tykkelse er mindre end den anden tykkelse, hvor lydtransduceren eventuelt omfatter en Balanced Armature-transducer med en spole, en magnet eller et blad, hvor bladet er koblet til en membran, og hvor membranen er anbragt på den første del mellem den første flade og den anden flade, og den permanente magnet er anbragt på den anden del mellem den første flade og den anden flade.
