Claims (9)
- PATENTKRAY1. Luftstyremanchet (8) til et luftrør (7) i en røggasluftforvarmer til forbrændingsluft i en kedel i et kraftværk, hvor - luftstyremanchetten (8) er • arrangeret til at passe inde i et luftrør (7), • har en tilstrømningsende (8a) og en anden ende (8b) arrangeret til at blive placeret inde i luftrøret, og • arrangeret til at styre forbrændingsluften som skal opvarmes inde i luftrøret, hvori udformningen af den anden ende (8b) er designet til at formindske turbulens i luftstrømmen på sådan måde, at en del af luftstyremancbettens væg på overfladen er begrænset til den ydre omkreds af luftrøret (7) mindskes hen imod den anden ende (8b), og den anden ende (8b) af luftstyremanchetten (8) er forsynet med spalter eller hak (8c), som bliver bredere hen imod dennes anden ende (8b), hvori luftstyremanchetten er fremstillet af et materiale, for hvilket varmemodstanden er højere end 200°C, kendetegnet ved, at luftstyremanchetten er fremstillet af et materiale, for hvilket den termiske konduktivitet cr lavere end 0.3W/(K1m) ved cn temperatur på 23°C.
- 2. Luftstyremanchetten ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at udformningen af den anden ende (8b), som formindsker turbulensen i luftstrømmen, er tilvejebragt inden for en længde, som udgør 1/6 til 1/3 af længden på luftstyremanchetten.
- 3. Luftstyremanchetten ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at ved den anden ende (8b) af luftstyremanchetten (8), luftstyremanchettens væg bliver tyndere hen imod den anden ende (8b).
- 4. Luftstyremanchetten ifølge hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at luftstyremanchetten (8) er fremstillet af polyphenyl-sulfid.
- 5. Luftstyremanchetten ifølge hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at luftstyremanchetten (8) er arrangeret til at passe inde i et luftrør (7) for at styre forbrændingsluften, som skal opvarmes i kontakt med den indre overflade af luftrøret (7) i en afstand fra den initiale ende af luftrøret, hvilken afstand er mindst tre gange dia-menteren af luftrøret. 2 1 2 Røggasluftforvarmerapparat (3) til forbrændingsluft, hvor røggasluftforvarmerappa-ratet (3) omfatter et luftrør (7) konfigureret til at blive placeret i en røggaskanal (2) i en kedel i et kraftværk, hvor luftrøret (7) har en initial ende, og en luftstyremanchet (8) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvilken luftstyremanchet (8) er tilvejebragt i den initiale ende af luftrøret (7), mindst delvist inde i luftrøret (7), sådan at den anden ende (8b) af luftstyremanchetten (8) er placeret inde i luftrøret.

Røggasluftforvarmerapparat ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at luftstyremanchetten (8) er tilpasset til at styre forbrændingsluften, som skal opvarmes i kontakt med den indre overflade af luftrøret (7) i en afstand fra den initiale ende af luftrøret, hvilken afstand er mindst 3 gange diameteren af luftrøret.
- 8. Røggasluftforvarmerapparat ifølge krav 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved, at apparatet omfatter en beskyttelsesmanchet (12), som omkranser luftrøret ved den initiale ende af luftrøret (7).
- 9. Kedel egnet til brug i et kraftværk, hvilken kedel omfatter en røggaskanal (2) og - et røggasluftforvarmerapparat (3) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 8, hvori luftrøret (7) fra røggasluftforvarmerapparatet (3) er anbragt i røggaskanalen (2) af kedlen.
- 10. Kedlen ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at kedlen omfatter et termisk isolationslag (9), som omslutter røggaskanalen (2), og at luftstyremanchetten (8) strækker sig gennem isolationslaget (9), og at luftrøret (7) ikke strækker sig gennem isolationslaget (9).
