Claims (13)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af kompositelementer af i det mindste et dæklag a) og et lag b) , der er fast forbundet med dette, hvor der mellem dæklaget a) og laget b) , der er fast forbundet med dette, er påført et bindemiddel c) , idet der som bindemiddel c) anvendes et reaktivt et- eller flerkomponent-polyurethansystem, og dæklaget a) bevæges kontinuerligt, og bindemidlet c) og laget b) , der er fast forbundet med dette, henholdsvis disses udgangsstoffer påføres efter hinanden på dæklaget, idet påføringen af bindemidlet c) foretages ved hjælp af en roterende skive, kendetegnet ved, at den roterende skive har en forhøjet rand, på hvilken der er anbragt takker i vandret position.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at antallet af takker ligger inden for et område på 4 til 600.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at takkerne har en trekantet form.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at takkerne har en firkantet form.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at længdeforholdet mellem skivens diameter og den forhøjede rand udgør mellem 5/1 og 100/1.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der er placeret mindst to og højst fem skiver over hinanden.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at skiven er anbragt i en højde på 0,02 - 0,2 m over dæklaget a).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at skivens omdrejningstal ligger mellem 200 og 2500 min-1.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at omdrejningstallet periodisk sænkes og igen øges til udgangsniveauet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bindemidlet c) ikke indeholder et fysisk drivmiddel.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at hårdskumstofferne på isocyanatbasis b) er polyurethan- eller polyisocyanurat-skumsstoffer.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der som dæklag anvendes træ, gipskartonplader, glasfiber, aluminiumsfolier, aluminiums-, kobber- eller stålplader, fortrinsvis aluminiumsfolier, aluminiums- eller stålplader.
13. Anordning til fremstilling af kompositelementer af i det mindste ét dæklag a) og et lag b) , der er fast forbundet med dette, hvor der mellem dæklaget a) og laget b) , der er fast forbundet med dette, er påført et bindemiddel c), idet der som bindemiddel c) anvendes et reaktivt et- eller flerkomponent-polyurethansystem, og dæklaget a) bevæges kontinuerligt, og bindemidlet c) og laget b) , der er fast forbundet med dette, henholdsvis disses udgangsstoffer påføres efter hinanden på dæklaget, idet påføringen af bindemidlet c) foretages ved hjælp af en roterende skive, kendetegnet ved, at den roterende skive har en forhøjet rand, på hvilken der er anbragt takker i vandret position.
