Claims (5)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af biogas ved anaerob nedbrydning af organisk materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: a) tilførsel af organisk materiale, som er egnet til biogasfremstilling til en første reaktorbeholder (41), og i den nævnte første reaktorbeholder (41) tilvejebringelse af kontakt imellem det organiske materiale og biogasfremstillende mikroorganismer for nedbrydning under anaerobe betingelser, og b) nedbrydning af det organiske materiale i den første reaktorbeholder (41), under fremstilling af biogas, c) tilvejebringelse af nedbrudt slam fra en anaerob nedbrydningsproces i en anden reaktorbeholder (31; 46), som afviger fra den første reaktorbeholder (41), hvilket nedbrudt slam indeholder en ønsket sammensætning af næringsstoffer og d) tilførsel af de nævnte næringsstoffer til den første reaktorbeholder (41), kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter: c1) udførelse af en første behandling af det nedbrudte slam efter trin c), hvilken første behandling omfatter: c1.1) hygiejnisering af det nedbrudte slam i en hygiejniseringsindretning (47”), for dannelse af et næringsstofadditiv; og C1.2) afvanding af det nedbrudte slam i en afvandingsindretning (47’), enten før trin c1.1) for dannelse af et afvandet nedbrudt slam, som skal hygiejniseres i trin c1.1) for dannelse af et næringsstofadditiv eller efter trin c1.1) for dannelse af et afvandet næringsstofadditiv; før tilførsel af det afvandede næringsstofadditiv til de nævnte biogasfremstillende mikroorganismer i den første reaktorbeholder (41) i trin d).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin c1.1) udføres ved tørring af det nedbrudte slam for dannelse af det nævnte næringsstofadditiv.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin c1.1) udføres ved tilførsel af hydrogenperoxid til det nedbrudte slam for dannelse af det nævnte næringsstofadditiv.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor trin c1.1) udføres ved tilførsel af brændt kalk CaO og/eller læsket kalk Ca(OH)2 til det nedbrudte slam for dannelse af det nævnte næringsstofadditiv.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter: c2) udførelse af en anden behandling for at brænde det nævnte næringsstofadditiv i en ovn (55) efter trin d), for tilvejebringelse af en næringsstofrig aske før tilførsel af i det mindste en del af den næringsstofrige aske til de biogasfremstillende mikroorganismer i den første reaktorbeholder (41) i trin d).
