Claims (14)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en mælkesyrebakteriekultur, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) : dyrkning af mindst én stamme af mælkesyrebakterier i et bakterievækstmedium, hvor bakterievækstmediet omfatter mindst 50 ppm diacetylvinsyreestere af mono- og diglycerider (DATEM); og (b) : høst af de dyrkede bakterier.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mediet omfatter mindst 500 ppm DATEM.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mediet omfatter mindst 1000 ppm DATEM.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mediet omfatter mindst 1500 ppm DATEM.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mediet omfatter fra 100 ppm DATEM til 12000 ppm DATEM.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mediet omfatter fra 500 ppm DATEM til 12000 ppm DATEM.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mediet omfatter fra 1000 ppm DATEM til 6000 ppm DATEM.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor stammen af mælkesyrebakterier er valgt blandt mindst én stamme i gruppen bestående af Lactobacillus gasseri- og Lactobacillus acidophilus-stammer.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor stammen af mælkesyrebakterier er en probiotisk stamme.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor næringsmediet desuden indeholder mindst én porphyrinforbindelse, og kulturen beluftes for at opretholde et oxygenindhold, som er mindst 5 mikromol pr. liter dyrkningsmedium, under hele varigheden af dyrkningen.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor stammen af mælkesyrebakterier er valgt blandt mindst én stamme i gruppen bestående af Lactobacillus acidophilus-stammen LA-5 (DSM13241) og Lactobacillus gasseri-stammen SBT-2055.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter et trin, hvor kulturen af mælkesyrebakterier fryses eller frysetørres.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter et trin, hvor høstede bakterier pakkes i en egnet beholder.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvor den opnåede bakteriekultur anvendes til fremstilling af en fødevare eller et foder, kosttilskud eller fodertilskud eller til fremstilling af farmaceutiske produkter eller medikamenter.
