Claims (11)
1. Intrauterin indretning og mere specifikt en intracervikal indretning (ICD) til den lokale frigivelse af lægemidler i den lokoregionale behandling af tumorer i livmoderhalsen, omfattende: et langstrakt skaft (2) konfigureret til blive positioneret i livmoderkanalen (15), hvor dette skaft består af en indre hul kerne (3) der tillader passagen af menstruationsblod, når indretningen er på plads, og en coating (4) konfigureret til en gradvis lægemiddelfrigivelse; et første element (5) fastgjort til skaftet for at blokere skaftet (2) inden i livmoderhulrummet (12), og placeret ved den kraniale eller øvre ende; hvor det første blokeringselement (5) er i formen af en oppustelig silikonekugle i forbindelse med hulrummet (6) af den indre kerne (3) af skaftet (2), hvor kuglen (5) oppustes ved hjælp af et forbindelsesrør (8), der passerer igennem det andet blokeringselement (7) og er i forbindelse med hulrummet (6); og et andet blokeringselement (7, 71) fastgjort til skaftet og konfigureret til at blive positioneret inden i vaginaen (11), mod ektocervixen (16), placeret ved den kaudale eller nedre ende afskaffet (2).
2. Intrauterin indretning og mere specifikten intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det andet blokeringselement (7) også er en oppustelig silikonekugle.

Intrauterin indretning og mere specifikten intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det andet blokeringselement (7) omfatter en kop (71) coatet på sin konkave overflade der vender mod skaftet (2) med en skive (72) , som også er konkav og konfigureret til en gradvis lægemiddelfrigivelse.
4. Intrauterin indretning og mere specifikten intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at kernen (3) af skaftet (2) og koppen (71) af det andet blokeringselement er lavet af plast.
5. Intrauterin indretning og mere specifikten intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at coatingen (4) af skaftet (2) og coatingen (72) af det andet blokeringselement konfigureret til en gradvis lægemiddelfrigivelse er lavet af polymerisk eller lignende materiale.

Intrauterin indretning og mere specifikten intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at skaftet (2) er i alt væsentligt cylindrisk i form og ved, at skaftet (2) er mellem 2 og 3 cm i længde, den indre kerne (3) har en diameter mellem 2,0 og 3,5 mm, mens coatingen (4) varierer mellem 3,0 mm og 3,5 mm i diameter.
7. Intrauterin indretning (IUD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at diameteren af de første (5) og anden kugler (7) varierer, når oppustet, mellem 3 og 6 mm og ved, at diameteren af skiven (72) af det andet blokeringselement (7) varierer mellem 1,5 og 5,0 cm.
8. Intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at forbindelsesrøret (8) er udstyret med en kontraventil (9) indrettet til at tillade indførsel, men ikke lækagen af oppustningsfluid, vand og/eller luft, i hulrummet (6) af kernen (3), eventuelt hvor røret (8) er udstyret med en standardforbinder til engangssprøjter eller lignende ved sin frie ende (10).
9. Intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav fra 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at lægemidlet er et lægemiddel til målrettet terapi eller et kemoterapimiddel såsom Cisplatin, Carboplatin, Taxol, Taxotere, Topotecan, Irinotecan, Adriamycin, Gemcitabin, Bleomycin, Ifosfamid, Vinorelbin, 5 Fluorouracil, VP 16, Metrotrexat, Mitomycin C, Vineristin, Vinblastin.
10. Intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at lægemidlet er en forbindelse til radioimmunterapi eller en radiomærket forbindelse til eventuelt anvendelse i teknikkerne til identifikation af skildvagtslymfeknuder.
11. Intracervikal indretning (ICD) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at lægemidlet af indretningen er et spermatocid.
