Claims (8)
1. Pulserende medicinsk indretning (101; 201; 301; 401; 501) placeret mellem legemet af en patient og en hjertelungemaskine af CEC-type, der muliggør cirkulation afen blodstrøm kendetegnet ved at den omfatter: - en aortakanyle (25); - en ydre slange (2), der har en indre væg (5), en ydre væg (4) og to ender (6, 7), en ende (6) bestemt til at blive forbundet til en hjertelungemaskine og en ende (7) designet til at blive forbundet til legemet af patienten ved hjælp af aortakanylen (26); - en indre slange (103; 203; 303) indsat i den ydre slange (2), der har en indre væg (109), en ydre væg (108) og to ender (110, 111; 210, 211; 310, 311) fastgjort, langs hele deres periferi, til den ydre slange (2), langs hele dens periferi, hvor blodstrømmen cirkulerer igennem den indre slange (103; 203; 303); hvor den indre slange er komprimerbar og fleksibelt; - den ydre væg (108) af den indre slange (103; 203; 303) og den indre væg (5) af den ydre slange (2) definerer et rum (12) designet til at blive fyldt med fluid, rummet (12) kan forbindes af en forbindelsesport (13) til et apparat der muliggør skabelsen af inflation/deflation af rummet (12), hvilket fremkalder skabelsen af pulsering(er) af blodstrømmen; ved at forbindelsesporten er forbundet til rummet ved hjælp af mindst to åbninger på den ydre slange og mindst to diametralt modsatte positioner, og ved at en ventil (14A, 14B) er fastgjort til en eller to ender (310, 311) af det indre rør (303).
2. Pulserende medicinsk indretning (101) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at enderne (110, 111) af den indre slange (103) er fastgjort til den indre væg (5) af den ydre slange (2).
3. Pulserende medicinsk indretning (201) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at længden af den indre slange (203) er cirka identisk med længden af den ydre slange (2) og enderne af den indre slange (203) er fastgjort til den ydre væg (4) af den ydre slange (2).
4. Pulserende medicinsk indretning (101; 201; 301; 401; 501) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at rummet (12) forud er fyldt med væske.
5. Pulserende medicinsk indretning (101; 201; 301; 401; 501) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at indretningen til at skabe en pulsering omfatter: - en pung (15), indrettet til at blive fyldt med væske; og - et organ (16) til kompression af pungen, indrettet til at komprimere pungen (15) på en pulserende måde; hvor - forbindelsesindgangen (13) der forbinder pungen (15) til rummet (12) og muliggør cirkulationen af væsken mellem rummet (12) og pungen (15).
6. Pulserende medicinsk indretning (101; 201; 301; 401; 501) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at indretningen til at skabe en pulsering omfatter: - et udtrækningsorgan indrettet til at udtage væske fra en kilde af kontinuerlig strømmende væske under højt tryk; - et transformationsorgan indrettet til at transformere væsken til en pulserende strøm af væske under lavt tryk; - mindst et påføringsorgan til at påføre væsken, som pulserende strøm under lavt tryk til den medicinske indretning, idet forbindelsesindgangen (13) forbinder påføringsorganet til rummet (12); og - et organ til udtømning af væsken.
7. Pulserende medicinsk indretning omfattende: - en zone ZO omfattende en pumpe af typen hjertelungemaskine (23) og en oxygenator(24); - en zone Z1 omfattende en første ende af den pulserende medicinske indretning (401) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav; - en zone Z2 omfattende en pulserende medicinsk indretning (401) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav; - en zone Z3 omfattende den anden ende af den pulserende medicinske indretning (401) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav; og - en zone Z4 omfattende aortakanylen (26) af den pulserende medicinske indretning (401).
8. Pulserende medicinsk indretning ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved at den pulserende medicinske indretning (501) er placeret mellem oxygenatoren (24) og aortakanylen (26) af den pulserende medicinske indretning.
