Claims (8)
1. Kontaktløst chipkort (1), der omfatter en kortblok (7) og et elektronisk modul (3) udstyret med en elektronisk chip (9), der er forbundet til terminalerne på en antenne (11), idet det elektroniske modul (3) er placeret i et hulrum (5) , som er tilvejebragt i kortblokken, og idet den synlige overflade (19) af det elektroniske modul (3) omfatter mindst et første grafisk sikkerhedselement (21), der er understillet mindst et gennemsigtigt beskyttelseslag (29), som er placeret oven over kortblokken således, at den synlige overflade (19) af det elektroniske modul dækkes og beskyttes, hvilket første grafisk sikkerhedselement (21) udgøres af et grafisk mønster, der omfatter områder med forøget tykkelse og områder, som er forsænkede i forhold til overfladen af det elektroniske modul, og/eller af områder i en farve, der er forskellig fra resten af overfladen af det elektroniske modul, hvilke områder med forøget tykkelse og forsænkede områder og/eller områder i en forskellig farve danner en sikkerhedsmærkning for det elektroniske modul, der er beregnet til at beskytte det elektroniske modul og det kontaktløse kort mod forsøg på svig ved udtagning af det grafiske sikkerhedselement (21) , kendetegnet ved, at det gennemsigtige beskyttelseslag (29) omfatter mindst et yderligere grafisk sikkerhedselement (31) , der supplerer det første grafiske sikkerhedselement (21), således at det dermed danner et sammensat sikkerhedselement (21,31) ved sammenlægning af de to sikkerhedselementer (21 ; 31) .
2. Chipkort ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de to grafiske sikkerhedselementer (21,31) er to særskilte dele af et billede eller et logo, således at sammenlægningen af de to grafiske sikkerhedselementer (21,31) gør det muligt at gendanne det samlede billede eller logo.
3. Chipkort ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at overfladen af mindst det ene af de grafiske elementer (21,31) er større end modulets synlige overflade og er fastgjort til modulets overflade, således at en svigagtig udtagning af det ene af de grafiske elementer (21,31) bliver lettere at se.
4. Chipkort ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at de yderligere (31) grafiske elementer udgøres af hologrammer og omfatter supplerende mønstre, således at sammenlægningen af sikkerhedsgrafikken og hologrammet eller sammenlægningen af de to hologrammer får et logo med en sikkerhed, der ikke kan forfalskes, til at blive synligt.
5. Chipkort ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det gennemsigtige beskyttelseslag (29) udføres i form af et lag af indkapslingsmateriale (33), der omslutter den samlede kortblok over hele dens overflade.
6. Chipkort ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at kortblokken (7) omfatter flere lag af materiale, samt ved, at kommunikationsantennen (11) udføres mellem to tilstødende lag af kortblokken og omfatter kontaktsteder, der er tilvejebragt i bunden af hulrummet i kortblokken, og som er forbundet til forbindelsesklemmer i det elektroniske modul.
7. Chipkort ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at kommunikationsantennen (11) er udført på selve det elektroniske modul (3) og er forbundet til dets chip (9), således at modulet (3) overtrukket med sit grafiske sikkerhedselement (21) blot kan overføres til og fastsættes i kortblokkens hulrum (5).
8. Chipkort ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter en yderligere antenne (23), der er udført i kortblokken, og som er placeret over for modulets antenne (11), således at den elektromagnetiske flux, der modtages af modulets antenne, forstærkes.
