Claims (14)

1. Lokaliserings-, sporings- og genfindingssystem for ejendomsgenstande, omfattende: et netværk af VHF tårne (18a, 18b); et kontrolcenter (16), som modtager signaler fra og transmitterer signaler til VHF tårnene (18a, 18b); en primær lokaliseringsenhed (10a), som omfatter en sender (32a), en modtager (12a), en transponder, og en lokaliseringsbestemmelsesindretning (36a) til at bestemme en specifik lokalisering af den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a), idet transponderen aktiveres når et signal transmitteres af kontrolcentret (16) via VHF tårnene (18a, 18b) til modtageren eller af et signal, som modtages fra en hjælpelokaliseringsenhed, og i det mindste én hjælpelokaliseringsenhed, som omfatter i det mindste en sender (30a), som udsender et signal, som modtages af den primære lokaliseringsenheds modtager (12a), efter at den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) modtager signalet udsendt af den i det mindste ene hjælpelokaliseringsenhed, aktiveres senderen (32a) i den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) til at transmittere en meddelelse, som indikerer en detektion af hjælpelokaliseringsenhedens signal og den specifikke lokalisering af den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a), når hjælpelokaliseringsenhedens signal blev detekteret, idet den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) videresender den nævnte meddelelse til kontrolcentret (16) via VHF tårnene (18a, 18b).
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) yderligere omfatter en lokaliseringsbestemmelsesindretning (36a) til at transmittere positionen for den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) via den primære lokaliseringsenheds sender (32a) til kontrolcentret (16) via VHF tårnene (18a, 18b).
3. System ifølge krav 2, hvor lokaliseringsbestemmelsesindretningen omfatter en GPS enhed (36a).
4. System ifølge krav 1, hvor kontrolcentret (16) omfatter en database (50) for hjælpelokaliseringsenheder, som er rapporteret stjålne, savnede, tabt eller som ønskes fundet, som transmitteres til den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a), som er konfigureret til at videresende et modtaget hjælpelokaliseringsenhedssignal til 7 kontrolcentret (16) alene hvis det nævnte signal stemmer overens med en hjælpelokaliseringsenhed lagret i databasen (50).
5. System ifølge krav 1, hvor den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) yderligere omfatter en mobilradio-sendermodtager (70a), som er indrettet til at aktivere transponderen baseret på et signal modtaget fra et mobilradionetværk.
6. System ifølge krav 5, hvor den primære lokaliseringsenhed (70a) yderligere er konfigureret til at videresende et signal udsendt af en hjælpelokaliseringsenhed til kontrolcentret (16) via mobilradio-sendermodtageren og mobilradionetværket.
7. System ifølge krav 1, hvor hjælpelokaliseringsenheden og den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) er installerede i et fartøj.
8. System ifølge krav 7, hvor den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) er konfigureret til at transmittere en meddelelse til kontrolcentret (16) når hjælpelokaliseringsenheden ikke udsender noget signal.
9. System ifølge krav 7, hvor hjælpelokaliseringsenheden omfatter en modtager, idet den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) transmitterer et signal til hjælpelokaliseringsenhedens modtager, og hjælpelokaliseringsenheden er konfigureret til at udsende et signal hvis den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) ikke transmitterer sit signal.
10. System ifølge krav 1, hvor hjælpelokaliseringsenheden er installeret i et første fartøj og den primære lokaliseringsenhed (10a) er installeret i et forskelligt, andet fartøj.
11. System ifølge krav 1, hvor hjælpelokaliseringsenheden yderligere omfatter en modtager (40) til at modtage signaler fra den primære lokaliseringsenheds sender (32a) og/ellerfra kontrolcentret (16) via netværket af VHF tårnene (18a, 18b).
12. System ifølge krav 1, hvor hjælpelokaliseringsenheden yderligere omfatter en modtager (40) og er konfigureret til at udsende et signal alene når et signal modtages af modtageren (40). 8
