Claims (7)

1. Fremgangsmåde til begrænsning af potentialet af en marv-adhærerende stromal celle til differentiering til en celle af den mesenchymale linie, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) transfektion af marv-adhærerende stromale celler med en nukleinsyre indeholdende sekvenser kodende for et intracellulært Notch-domæne (NICD); (b) anbringelse af cellerne under selektion for nukleinsyren i trin (a); (c) standsning af selektionen efter et forudbestemt tidsrum; og (d) ekspandering af cellerne i trin (c).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, ved hvilken udviklingen af den marv-adhærerende stromale celle til en osteogen linie er reduceret.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, ved hvilken udviklingen af den marv-adhærerende stromale celle til en adipogen linie er reduceret.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, ved hvilken udviklingen af den marv-adhærerende stromale celle til både osteogene og adipogene linier er reduceret.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, ved hvilken NICD’et er et humant NICD.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, ved hvilken NICD’et omfatter aminosyrer 1703-2504 af det humane Notch-protein.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, ved hvilken det forudbestemte tidsrum er syv dage.
