Claims (21)
1. Solubilisat indeholdende: mindst et naturligt farvestof, der ikke er opløseligt eller kun tungtopløseligt i vand, mindst en emulgator med en HLB-værdi på mellem 8 og 19 med en emulgatorandel, som er i området fra 65 vægt% til 90 vægt%, fortrinsvis er i området fra 69 vægt% fil 85 vægt%, og mindst et vand-opløseligt antioxidationsmiddel og mindst et fedtopløseligt antioxidationsmiddel, hvor farvestoffet og antioxidationsmidlerne er til stede indesluttet sammen i miceller.
2. Solubilisat ifølge krav 1, hvor ascorbinsyre og/eller BHT og/eller BHA og/eller TBHQ danner det vandopløselige antioxidationsmiddel og hvor mindst en tocopherol og/eller carnolsyre danner det fedtopløselige antioxidationsmiddel.
3. Solubilisat ifølge krav 2, indeholdende α-focopherol og/eiler β-tacopheroi og/eller γ-tocopherol og/eller δ-tocopherol, eller indeholdende en blandet tocopherol bestående af a-tocopherol, β-tocopherol, γ-tocopherol, og δ-tocopherol som tocopherol.
4. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, der kan fortyndes med vand til dannelse af en væske, der mindst er transparent for det menneskelige øje.
5. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor farvestofandeien er mindre end 20 vægt%, fortrinsvis i intervallet fra 3 vægt% til 18 vægt%.
6. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor andelen af det vandopiøseli-ge antioxidationsmiddel er mindre end 10 vægt-%, fortrinsvis i intervallet fra 2 vægt% til 5 vægt% og især fortrinsvis er 3% vægt.
7. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor andelen af det fedtopløselige antioxidationsmiddel er mindre end 5 vægt~%, fortrinsvis mindre end 3 vægt-% og især fortrinsvis er 1 vægt
8. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, bestående af: mindst et naturligt farvestof, der ikke er opløseligt eller kun tungtopløselig! i vand, mindst en emulgator med en HLB-værdi på mellem 8 og 19, og mindst to antioxidationsmidier, hvoraf det ene er vandopløseligt og det andet er fedtopløseligt, og vand.
9. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, indeholdende mindst en yderligere fedtopløseiig adjuvans, især mindst et triglycerid med middellang kædelængde (MCT) eller en blanding af triglycerider med middellang kædelængde.
10. Solubilisat ifølge krav 9, sammensat af mindst et naturligt farvestof, der ikke er opløseligt eller kun tungtopløselig! i vand, mindst en emulgator med en HLB-værdi på 8 til 19, og mindst to antioxidationsmidier, hvoraf det ene er vandopiø-seligt og det andet er fedtopløseligt, vand, og mindst en yderligere fedtopløselig adjuvans, især et triglycerid med middellang kædeiængde (MCT) eller en blanding af triglycerider med middellang kædelængde.
11. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor micellerne har en diameter i området fra 4 nm til 30 nm, fortrinsvis i området fra 6 nm og 20 nm, målt ifølge princippet om dynamisk lysspredning i et 180 ° tilbagespredningssystem ved hjælp af laserlys med en bølgelængde på 780 nm.
12. Solubilisat ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvis turbiditet er mindre end 30 FNU, fortrinsvis mindre end 20 FNU og især er i området fra 0,5 FNU og 2 FNU, bestemt ved lysspredningsmåling med infrarødt lys i henhold til specifikationerne i ISO 7027 standarden for en 1:1000 fortynding af soiubilisatet i vand.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et solubilisat ifølge kravene 1 til 12, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: a) fremstilling af en første blanding af mindst et naturligt farvestof, der ikke er opløseligt eller kun tungtopløselig!: i vand, og mindst en emulgator med en HLB-værdi på 8 til 19, b) opvarmning af den første blanding ti! en temperatur i området fra 80 °C til 150 °G, idet temperaturen reguleres svarende til egenskaberne af farvestoffet, c) afkøling af den første blanding til en temperatur i området fra 50 °C til 70 °C, fortrinsvis i området fra 58 °C og 82 GC, d) fremstilling af en anden blanding af vand og antioxidationsmidler, e) opvarmning af den anden blanding til en temperatur i området fra 60 °C til 70 °C, fortrinsvis i området fra 63 cC og 65 °C, f) kombination af den første blanding og den anden blanding under homogenisering og opvarmning til en temperatur i området fra 80 °C til 90 °C, fortrinsvis i området fra 84 °C til 86 °G, til dannelse af solubiiisatet, i hvilket farvestoffet og antioxidationsmidierne er til stede indesluttet sammen i miceiler, og g) afkøling solubiiisatet til en temperatur under 50 °G.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 13, hvor der i trin (a) ti! fremstilling af den første blanding ud over farvestoffet og emulgatoren anvendes mindst en fedtopløselig adjuvans, fx et triglycerid med middellang kædelængde eller en blanding af triglycerider med middeiiang kædelængde.
15. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 14, hvor trin (a) udføres som følger: a1) blanding af den fedtopiøselige adjuvans, fx et triglycerid af middeiiang kædelængde eller en blanding af triglycerider med middellang kædeiængde, a2) opvarmning af blandingen af emulgator og fedtopiøselig adjuvans tli en temperatur i området fra 60 °C til 95 °C, og a3) kombination af farvestoffet med blandingen af emulgator og fedtopløselig adjuvans.
16. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 14, hvor trin (a) udføres som følger: a11) blanding af farvestoffet med mindst en fedtopløselig adjuvans, fx et trigiy-cerid af middellang kædelængde eller en blanding af triglycerider med middel-lang kædelængde, a22) opvarmning af blandingen af farvestof og fedtopløselig adjuvans til en temperatur i området fra 55 °C til 85 °C, idet temperaturen justeres afhængigt af egenskaberne af farvestoffet, og a33) kombination af emulgator med blandingen af farvestof og fedtopløselig adjuvans.
17. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et af kravene 13 til 16, hvor der i trin (d) til fremstilling af den anden blanding ud over vand og antioxidationsmidier anvendes mindst en fedtopløselig adjuvans, fx et triglycerid af middeilang kædelængde eller en blanding af triglycerider med middellang kædelængde.
18. Anvendelse af solubilisatet ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12 som et tilsætningsstof i fødevarer, især i drikkevarer, kosmetik eller lægemidler.
19. Fødevarer, især drikkevare, indeholdende et solubilisat ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12,
20. Kosmetisk produkt indeholdende et solubilisat ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12.
21. Farmaceutisk produkt indeholdende et solubilisat ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12.
