Claims (9)

1. Fremgangsmåde til diagnose af B-celle lymfom, kendetegnet ved detektion af genetiske afvigelser af NAV3-gen i en biologisk prøve, hvor tilstedeværelsen af afvigelser indikerer B-celle lymfom.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at genetiske afvigelser er ændringer i NAV3-gen kopital.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor fald eller stigning af NAV3 muliggør differentiering af B-celle lymfomer til prognostiske grupper.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor de prognostiske grupper er en indolent og aggressiv form af B-celle lymfomer.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at genetiske afvigelser bestemmes ved fluorescens in situ hybridisering (FISH).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at B-celle lymfomet er et follikulært lymfom.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at B-celle-lymfomet er et diffuse large B-celle lymfom.
8. Anvendelse af NAV3-gen som en biomarkør for B-celle lymfomer.
9. Anvendelse ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved at fald eller stigning af NAV3-gen er en markør for ondartetheden af B-celle lymfom.
