Claims (8)
1. Slagfast vinduesanordning (2), som omfatter: (a) en vinduesramme (4); (b) en rude (6) med modstillede store flader, hvilken rude er anbragt i vinduesrammen (4); (c) vinduesfilm (8) anbragt på mindst én af rudens (6) modstillede store flader; kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter (d) tætningsmiddel (12) med en vedhæftningsstyrke som målt i henhold til ASTM C794-06 på mindst ca. 1700 kPa (250 psi) anbragt til at fastgøre mindst en kant af vinduesfilmen (8) til vinduesrammen (4).
2. Slagfast vinduesanordning (2) ifølge krav 1, hvor den slagfaste vinduesanordning (2) passerer Missile Level D-testen, som er vist i tabel 2 (Applicable Missiles) i ASTM E1996-06, og trykcyklustesten ASTM E1886-05 ved et konstruktionstryk på 2,4 kPa (50 psf), når tætningsmidlet (12) har hærdet i højst fjorten (14) dage ved 50 % relativ fugtighed og 24 °C (75 °F).
3. Slagfast vinduesanordning (2) ifølge krav 2, hvor tætningsmidlet (12) indbefatter mindst én af urethan, polyurethan, polyether og polyurea.
4. Slagfast vinduesanordning (2) ifølge krav 1, hvor tætningsmidlet (12) omfatter: (a) fra ca. 40 vægtprocent til ca. 60 vægtprocent polyurethan; (b) fra ca. 10 vægtprocent til ca. 30 vægtprocent plastificeringsmiddel; (c) fra ca. 25 vægtprocent til ca. 45 vægtprocent fyldstof og (d) fra ca. 1 vægtprocent til ca. 5 vægtprocent toluen.
5. Slagfast vinduesanordning (2) ifølge krav 1, hvor tætningsmidlet (12) omfatter: (a) fra ca. 35 vægtprocent til ca. 70 vægtprocent fyldstof; (b) fra ca. 15 vægtprocent til ca. 40 vægtprocent polyether; (c) fra ca. 10 vægtprocent til ca. 30 vægtprocent plastificeringsmiddel og (d) fra ca. 0,1 vægtprocent til ca. 1 vægtprocent (trimethoxysilylpropyl)ethylendiamin.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en slagfast vinduesanordning (2), som indbefatter en vinduesramme (4), en rude (6) anbragt i vinduesrammen (4) og vinduesfilm (8) påført på en flade af ruden (6), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter påføring af et tætningsmiddel (12) på vinduesfilmen (8) og på mindst en tilstødende del af vinduesrammen (4), så vinduesfilmen (8) derved fastgøres til vinduesrammen (4), kendetegnet ved, at tætningsmidlet (12) har en vedhæftningsstyrke som målt i henhold til ASTM C794-06 på mindst ca. 1700 kPa (250 psi) og en vedhæftningsstyrke, som er større end sammenhængsstyrken.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en slagfast vinduesanordning (2) ifølge krav 6, hvor tætningsmidlet (12) omfatter: (a) fra ca. 40 vægtprocent til ca. 60 vægtprocent polyurethan; (b) fra ca. 10 vægtprocent til ca. 30 vægtprocent plastificeringsmiddel; (c) fra ca. 25 vægtprocent til ca. 45 vægtprocent fyldstof og (d) fra ca. 1 vægtprocent til ca. 5 vægtprocent toluen.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en slagfast vinduesanordning (2) ifølge krav 6, hvor tætningsmidlet (12) omfatter: (a) fra ca. 35 vægtprocent til ca. 70 vægtprocent fyldstof; (b) fra ca. 15 vægtprocent til ca. 40 vægtprocent polyether; (c) fra ca. 10 vægtprocent til ca. 30 vægtprocent plastificeringsmiddel og (d) fra ca. 0,1 vægtprocent til ca. 1 vægtprocent (trimethoxysilylpropyl)ethylendiamin.
