Claims (8)

1. Bølgekraftanlæg, der omfatter i det mindste én flyder eller ponton (1) eller en flerhed af sammenforbundne flydere eller pontoner (2), en i det væsentlige lodret aksel (5), som er sikret til flyderen eller pontonen (1) eller til konsollen (3), der sammenforbinder en flerhed af flydere eller pontoner (2), og en sværvægtsrotor (6), som er monteret med lejer til rotation omkring den lodrette aksel (5) for udtag af effekt, kendetegnet ved, at flyderen eller pontonen (1) er givet facon, eller de sammenforbundne flydere eller pontoner (2) er placeret, asymmetrisk i forhold til fremskridtsretningen for bølgerne, idet den asymmetriske facon eller placering er arrangeret til at bringe den lodrette aksel (5) i en drejende bevægelse som svar på opdriften fra en række af bølger, der skrider frem i denne retning, og drejningsbevægelsen af den lodrette aksel er sådan, at den lodrette aksel (5) har en bane, der er i form af en kegle, hvis tværsnit kan være et andet end en cirkulær form.
2. Bølgekraftanlæg ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at flyderen eller pontonen (1) eller konsollen (3), der sammenforbinder en flerhed af flydere eller pontoner (2), er forankret med lange trådkabler (8) i en forudbestemt vinkelstilling i forhold til fremskridtsretningen for bølgerne, idet trådkablerne (8) bliver tilladt at forskydes som svar på fremskridtsretningen for bølgerne med det resultat, at vinkelstillingen bliver bibeholdt, når retningen af bølgerne ændres.
3. Bølgekraftanlæg ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at flyderen eller pontonen (1) er bueformet, specifikt med facon som en banan eller et horn.
4. Bølgekraftanlæg ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at flyderen eller pontonen (1) har et tværsnit, der er cirkulært eller ovalt i det mindste over dens del, der er omgivet af vand.
5. Bølgekraftanlæg ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at flyderen eller pontonen (1) er med facon som en ellipse eller oval og er forankret i en stilling, i hvilken ellipsen eller ovalen har sin store akse dannende en spids vinkel med fremskridtsretningen for bølgerne.
6. Bølgekraftanlæg ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste tre flydere eller pontoner (2) er sikrede til den fælles konsol (3) på en sådan måde, at flyderne eller pontonerne (2) har deres opdriftscentre placeret langs en bueformet bane (4).
7. Bølgekraftanlæg ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, kendetegnet ved, at rotoren (6) er forbundet med den lodrette aksel (5) med en momentarm (7, 17) af ønsket længde, og at rotoren er indsat i en lukket rotorindeslutning (16), uden for hvilken der ligger i det mindste én bueformet flyder (1) eller adskillige flydere (2), som er anbragt i trekanter.
8. Bølgekraftanlæg ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at pontonerne (2), der er indstillelige med hensyn til deres relative stillinger, er fastgjorte til et fartøj, der, idet det bliver understøttet af pontonerne (2), af rækken af bølger bliver sat i en drejende bevægelse, som er tilpasset til at blive omdannet til en effekt, der fremdriver et fartøj.
