Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til præservering af træ, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter procestrinnene: A) placering af træ til behandling i et behandlingsrum, B) fjernelse af luft, især oxygen, fra behandlingsrummet, C) tilførsel af damp til behandlingsrummet, hvor træets temperatur samtidig forøges, hvor temperaturen øges fra en temperatur på 70 grader Celsius med en temperaturgradient på maksimalt 60 grader Celsius pr. time, især mellem 30-50 grader Celsius pr. time, til en temperatur på mindst 150 grader Celsius, hvor træet opvarmes ved en temperatur på over 150 grader Celsius i løbet af en reaktionstid på mindst 10 minutter, D) polymerisering af træbestanddele, som er blevet termisk aktiveret i trin C), ved at fjerne fugt fra træet op til et fugtindhold på mindre end 5 % ved en temperatur på mindst 130 grader Celsius, og E) afkøling af træet, hvor træets fugtindhold samtidig øges til mindst 7 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis 7-8 vægtprocent, i temperaturvandringen under 140 grader.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at mellem trin C og D udføres et trin F til: komprimering af det opvarmede træ.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at dampen har en maksimal mætningsgrad på 95 % i løbet af trin C).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste en del af oxygenet fjernes i trin B) ved at bringe behandlingsrummet under reduceret tryk.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at det reducerede tryk er lavere end 13 kPa.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at dampens pH-værdi justeres i det mindste i løbet af trin C til en værdi mellem 3,0 og 6,0 ved at tilføje en base og/eller en syre.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at pH-værdien øges til en pH-værdi mellem 4,2 og 4,7.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6 eller 7, kendetegnet ved, at den tilføjede base omfatter ammoniak.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, 7 eller 8, kendetegnet ved, at den tilføjede syre er carbondioxid.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-9, kendetegnet ved, at pH-værdien overvåges i løbet af trin C og opretholdes ved en værdi mellem 3,0 og 6,0, fortrinsvis mellem 4,2 og 4,7, ved at tilføje en base og/eller en syre.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at reaktionstemperaturen i trin C er på mellem 160 og 190 grader Celsius.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at træet har en temperatur, der er højere end 150 grader Celsius, i mellem 10 og 60 minutter i løbet af trin C.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at dampen har et tryk på mindst 4 bar i løbet af trin C.
14. Præserveret træprodukt, som kan opnås ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
15. Apparat, som er programmeret til at udføre fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilket apparat omfatter - et behandlingsrum, som kan forsegles på middeltæt vis, - en vakuumpumpe, som er forbundet med behandlingsrummet, - en dampkilde, som er forbundet med behandlingsrummet, - en opvarmningsindretning, som er i termisk kontakt med behandling srummet, - dispenseringsmiddel til tilføjelse af forudbestemte mængder af en base og/eller en syre til behandlingsrummet, - pH-målemiddel til bestemmelse af pH-værdien af damp i behandlingsrummet, og - måle- og styreudstyr, som er indrettet til at overvåge i det mindste pH-værdien, temperaturen og trykket inde i behandlingsrummet og til at styre vakuumpumpen, dampkilden, varmekilden og pH-værdien ved at dispensere en base og/eller en syre.
