Claims (9)

1. Ikke-terapeutisk anvendelse afen forbindelse valgt fra forbindelser med følgende formel:
hvor a og c respektivt betegner, uafhængigt af hinanden, en enkeltbinding eller en dobbeltbinding; b er en dobbeltbinding; Ri er hydrogen eller Ci til C6 alkyl; R2 er hydroxyl og R3 er en methylengruppe; og R4 er hydrogen, Ci til Ce alkyl eller Ci til Ce acrylgruppe; og salte deraf; eller af forbindelsen 4-hydroxytestosteron (4-OHT) og dens salte eller estere deraf; eller af forbindelsen l^-hydroxy-6-methylen og/eller 1,4-dien; til at påvirke en hvilken som helst valgt fra: • forbedre hårvækst på hovedbunden, eller reducere hårvækst på andre legemsregioner end hovedbunden; • forekomst af rynker eller strækmærker og/eller atoni af overhuden; • til styrkelse, stabilisering og/eller forøgelse af kollagen-indeholdende væv af huden; • til formindskelse af fedtvæv; • undgåelse af kropslugt; • cellulit ved topisk påføring af et kosmetisk produkt på huden udelukkende til kosmetisk formål.
2. Anvendelsen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forbindelsen er 4,17p-dihydroxyandrost-4-en-3-on (4-hydroxytestosteron; 40HT), l^-hydroxy-6-methylenandrost-l,4-dien.
3. Anvendelsen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor anvendelsen udføres under forhold således at (i) en blokerende effekt på androgenreceptor (AR) og (ii) en forøget anabolisk aktivitet opnås.
4. Anvendelsen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor anvendelsen udføres under forhold således at følgende effekter eller egenskaber, alene eller i kombination, opnås: (iii) forbindelsen er ikke aromatiseret af aromatase; (iv) forbindelsen er ikke reduceret af 5a-reduktase; (v) forbindelsen inhiberer 5a-reduktase; (vi) i form af dens C-17-oxiderede metabolit, udviser forbindelsen forøget aromatase-inhibering.
5. Anvendelsen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor forbindelsen er 4-hydroxytestosteron eller dens salt eller estere.
6. Anvendelsen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor en forbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af bicalutamid, flutamid, finasterid og 6-azasteroider anvendes i kombination.
7. Anvendelsen ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor dimethylisosorbid anvendes i kombination.
8. Anvendelsen ifølge krav 7, hvor forbindelsen er 4-hydroxytestosteron eller dens salt eller estere.
9. Anvendelsen ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor sammensætningen yderligere omfatter en forbindelse valgt fra gruppen bestående af bicalutamid, flutamid, finasterid og 6-azasteroider.
