Claims (15)
1. Sigtearrangement til anvendelse i en vibrationsseparator, til at sigte et fluid, som indeholder faste stoffer, hvilket sigtearrangement omfatter en understøtning (6) fremstillet af kompositmateriale og i det mindste ét lag af sigtemateriale (Μ, N) på den nævnte understøtning, hvilken understøtning (6) har en overside og en underside og adskillige huller (5) igennem denne fra oversiden til undersiden, igennem hvilke fluid kan passere, hvilke huller (5) er definerede ved strukturen af understøtningen (6), kendetegnet ved, at strukturen, som definerer de nævnte huller (5), tilspidses imellem oversiden og undersiden af understøtningen (6).
2. Sigtearrangement ifølge krav 1, hvor i det mindste ét af hullerne blandt de adskillige huller (5) har en form i plan billede som et kvadrat, et rektangel, et trapez, en sekskant, en trekant og en diamantform.
3. Sigtearrangement ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den struktur, som definerer de nævnte huller (5), er smallere ved oversiden end ved undersiden af understøtningen (6).

Sigtearrangement ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor understøtningen (6) af kompositmateriale omfatter en af: 35% til 40% NYLON 66 (Varemærke) materiale og 60% til 65% glasarmeringsmateriale; 6,6 NYLON (Varemærke) materiale og 60% til 65% glasarmeringsmateriale; 35% til 40% NYLON 66 (Varemærke) materiale og 60% til 65% glasarmeringsmateriale og i det mindste ét mineral; og polyphenylsulfid og kulfibre.
12. Skiferryster til at adskille faste stoffer fra faststofholdigt borefluid, hvilken skiferryster omfatter et sigtearrangement ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav.
13. Fremgangsmåde til at adskille faste stoffer fra et faststofholdigt fluid med en vibrationsseparator, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene med indføring af faststofholdigt fluid til vibrationsseparatoren, idet vibrationsseparatoren har en basis, en kurv, i det mindste et sigtearrangement forbundet med kurven, vibrationsapparatur til at vibrere kurven og det i det mindste ene sigtearrangement, hvor det i det mindste ene sigtearrangement omfatter en understøtning og i det mindste ét lag af sigtemateriale på understøtningen, idet understøtningen er fremstillet af kompositmateriale, hvor understøtningen har en overside og en underside og adskillige huller igennem denne fra oversiden til undersiden, igennem hvilke materiale kan passere, idet hullerne er definerede af strukturen i understøtningen, idet strukturen definerer de nævnte huller med en overside og en underside og tilspidsning der imellem for at definere tilspidsede huller, og vibration af sigtearrangementet for at adskille faste stoffer fra det faststofholdige fluid, hvorpå i det mindste fluidelementet passerer igennem det i det mindste ene lag af sigtemateriale og de tilspidsede huller.
14. Fremgangsmåde i overensstemmelse med krav 13, hvor strukturen, som definerer de nævnte huller, er smallere ved den nævnte overside end ved den nævnte underside af understøtningen.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor strukturen, som definerer de nævnte huller, er smallere ved undersiden end ved oversiden af understøtningen.
