Abstract
Sorting vertical utilized to pick up items that are in and on the ground, such that the substandard items can be removed from the worked area. Vertical Sorts rotates against the direction of travel, and thereby processes the ground as it moves through. Sorting vertical detaches and moves the items above the rotor and pass over the curved skinneme (Figure 4) located on each side cutting edge row, here the collected material is transported via conveyor belts or other techniques for collection. The inserts are distributed with two or more inserts on each cutting row. The cutting edges of the cutting line is offset in relation to the coulters in the next cutter row (Figure 5A), such that the cutting edges are evenly distributed throughout the vertical sorter. The cutting edges are of a width that prevents items that are collected in the slip sideways from the next row inserts number of knives are mounted on an intermediate piece (Figure 2) which determines the distance between skærerækkeme. Claims (1)
- Use Mode 1 requirements; Vertical Sorts are subject to a number of inserts, each cutting block (Figure 7 A), mounted on an adapter (Fig.2 No.2 and Figure 5 and Figure 2, 6 2 and Figure 7 2 ), the abutment is enclosed by (fig.4 4 A) that is a part of the liking of the rail (Fig.4 # 4) it is held against rotation by a bearing (fig.4 and fig.5 4 B 4 B). Sorting is vertical again by the blade width (Fig. 1 .nr, .A 1) the blade width is equal to the distance from the blade leading edge to the next row, flute leading edge (fig.S.nr.l A).
