Claims (18)
1. Fremgangsmåde til tilvejebringelse af én eller flere forseglinger i en ringformet åbning mellem et brøndrør og den omgivende formation eller mellem rør i et borehulssystem, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: a) bestemmelse af in-situ temperatur, tryk, jordformationens egenskaber og væske(r), der er til stede i den eller de positioner, hvor nævnte ene eller flere forseglinger ønskes, b) tilvejebringelse af en forseglingssubstans, som er en hærdende epoxybaseret, phenolbaseret eller polyesterbaseret væske, der omfatter mindst én fast komponent, og hvor forseglingssubstansen har fysiske og væskedynamiske egenskaber, der er kompatible med de i trin a) bestemte in-situ parametre, c) anbringelse af forseglingssubstansen på én eller flere lokationer, der gør det muligt for der at strømme ind i den ringformede åbning og undergå hærdning til dannelse af nævnte ene eller flere forseglinger,
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved forseglingssubstansen i trinnet c) anbringes i den ene eller flere lokatiener under anvendelse af et system til injektion af en substans ind i en ringformet åbning.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved anbringelsen af forseglingssubstansen i én eller flere lokationer udføres med en i brøndrøret indført enhed, hvilken enhed omfatter: en skæredel, der er i stand til at lave et hul gennem brøndrøret, et substanskammer til opbevaring af forseglingssubstansen, og en injektionsdel, der er i stand til at injicere forseglingssubstansen ind i den ringformede åbning.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen har thixotrope egenskaber, der er kompatible med de i trin a) bestemte parametre.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen omfatter silicaflager.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen omfatter carbonfibre.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansens densitet ligger i området fra ca. 700 kg/m3 til ca. 1400 kg/m3.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen har en densitet, der i hovedsagen er den samme som den eller de i trin a) bestemte væskers densitet.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1-7, hvorved forseglingssubstansen har en densitet, der er lavere end den eller de i trin a) bestemte væskers densitet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1-7, hvorved forseglingssubstansen haren densitet, der er højene end den eller de i trin a) bestemte væskers densitet.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen omfatter barit eller en letvægtspoiymer.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved den tid, det tager forseglingssubstansen at undergå hærdning i trinnet c) kontrolleres, ved tilsætning af en katalysator, såsom en accelerator eller en retarder.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen udviser lav hærdekrympning, såsom mindre end 2 % eller mindre end 1 %.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen ikke udviser nogen hærdekrympning eller udviser ekspansion ved hærdning.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvorved forseglingssubstansen omfatter træfibre.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen omfatter et fyld materiale, der afgør substansens mekaniske egenskaber efter hærdning.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvorved forseglingssubstansen i trinnet c) anbringes i den ene eller flere lokationer via et enkelt hul i brøndrøret eller i rørene.
18. Fremgangsmåde til fjernelse af én eller flere forseglinger i en ringformet åbning mellem et brøndrør og den omgivende formation eller mellem rør i et borehulssystem, hvor forseglingerne er blevet tilvejebragt ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1-17, hvilken fremgangsmåde til fjernelse omfatter opvarmning af forseglingerne til en temperatur på mindst 250 °C, såsom ca. 300 °C
