Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et humant pluripotent granulocyt kolonistimulerende faktor{hpG-CSF)produkt med in vivo granulocytopoietiske, biologiske egenskaber som naturligt forekommende hpG-CSF, kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden omfatter følgende trin: (a) under hensigtsmæssige næringsbetingelser at dyrke pattedyrsceller omfattende andet promotor DNA end hpG-CSF promotor DNA og operativt forbundet med DNA kodende for et hpg-CSF polypeptid med den modne aminosyresekvens ifølge figur Vil; og (b) isolere det af cellerne eksprimerede hpg-CSF produkt . 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kende tegnet ved, at promotor DNA er viral promotor DNA. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kende tegnet ved, at cellerne er primat-celler. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, kende tegnet ved, at primat-cellerne er COS celler.
