Claims (5)

  1. ASEPTISKE ΑΛ/OPHELES-I NSEKTER, DERUDFRA OPNÅEDE ASEPTISKE PLASMODIUM-SPOROZOITTER OG EN VACCINE, SOM OMFATTER ASEPTISKE PLASMODIUM-SPOROZO\TTER
    1. Anopheles-myg, som er fri for kontaminering med mikroorganismer, og som avles i et sterilt miljø, hvor myggene avles ud fra overfladesteriliserede æg og forsynes med filtreret luft, sterilt vand og steril udviklingsstadietilpasset ernæring under metamorfosen fra æg til voksen, hvor myggene efter at have opnået modenhed inficeres med Plasmodium-parasitter, hvor infektionen opstår som følge af, at myggene fodres med et sterilt infektiøst gametocytblodmåltid fra en blodmåltidsfodringsstation; hvor parasitterne er valgt fra gruppen bestående af P. falciparum, P. vivax, P. ovale og P. malariae, og hvor Plasmodium-sporozo\tter kan opnås fra myggene, og hvor Plasmodium-sporozoitterne er egnede til fremstilling afen vaccine til human anvendelse.
  2. 2. Plasmodium-sporozo\tter, som er fri for kontaminering med mikroorganismer, og som kan opnås eller er opnået fra myggene ifølge krav 1.
  3. 3. Plasmodium-sporozoitter ifølge krav 2, hvor Plasmodium-arten er P. falciparum.
  4. 4. Human vaccine, som er fremstillet ved anvendelse af Plasmodium-sporozoitterne ifølge krav 2.
  5. 5. Human vaccine ifølge krav 4, som er en svækket Plasmodium-sporozoitvaccine.
