Claims (4)

1. Isolerende beholder (10) til varme drikke eller lignende, omfattende: a) et generelt keglestubformet bægerlegeme (22), hvor bægerlegemet har en indre overflade og en ydre overflade; b) en generelt keglestubformet skal (14), hvor skallen har en indre overflade og en ydre overflade; og c) bægerlegemet (22) er anbragt i skallen (14), således at der derimellem er defineret en spalte; idet i) en termoforseglelig plastcoating (42) er coatet på mindst en af den indre overflade af skallen (14) og den ydre overflade af bægerlegemet (22); ii) den ydre overflade af bægerlegemet (22) og den indre overflade af skallen (14) er i kontakt langs en kontaktbane (3) beliggende nær den øvre kant (9) af skallen, idet plastcoatingen (42) er anbragt langs kontaktbanen (3); iii) skallen (14) er direkte forbundet med bægerlegemet (22) ved hjælp af plastcoatingen, idet sådan en forbindelse (12) kun er dannet lokalt inden for kontaktbanen og er afgrænset af ikke-forbindende dele af kontaktbanen; og iv) bægerlegemet (22) har en radialt udadgående ringformet skulder (32), der er dannet nær den øvre ende deraf, og kontaktbanen (3) er beliggende i det væsentlige ved denne skulder, hvor spalten er dannet under skulderen, og bredden af spalten, der strækker sig fra skulderen, er afgrænset af den radiale bredde af skulderen, hvor bægerlegemet (22) har en generelt cylindrisk form over skulderen (32), og den øvre ende af bægerlegemet afsluttes i en udadrullet fold (34), hvor den øvre ende af er skallen er anbragt under folden.
2. Isolerende beholder ifølge krav 1, hvor kontaktbanen er en rundtgående bane, og skallen er forbundet med bægerlegemet ved hjælp af plastcoatingen ved et flertal af diskrete klæbepletter eller klæbeområder beliggende langs kontaktbanen.
3. Isolerende beholder ifølge enten krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor forbindelsen mellem skal og bægerlegeme inden for kontaktbanen blev dannet ved at opvarme plastcoatingen og presse bægerlegemet og skallen sammen.
4.
