Claims (16)
1. Termisk vægelement til en bygning, hvor det termiske vægelement er et komposit, som omfatter mindst tre lag, hvor et første lag, 1, er et diffusi- onsåbent stift isoleringsmateriale, og et andet lag, 2, som er fastgjort der- til, og et tredje lag, 2, er diffusionsåbne kalciumsilikathydratlag, hvor det første, 1, og andet lag, 2, er fastgjort til hinanden, og det første, 1, og tredje lag, 2, er fastgjort til hinanden, kendetegnet ved, at mindst et af de diffusionsåbne kalciumsilikathydratlag, 2, er et lag, som er forstærket med stænger eller fibre, og hvor et hvilket som helst af disse lag, 2, er fastgjort ved et klæbende diffusionsåbent lag, 3, eller som ved den klæbende egenskab af det første lag, 1.
2. Termisk vægelement ifølge krav 1, hvor det stive, åbne isoleringslag, 1, er et stift phenolharpiksskum med mere end 70 %, fortrinsvis mere end 90 %, lukkede celler.
3. Termisk vægelement ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor de mindst to diffusions- åbne kalciumsilikathydratlag eller det andet lag, 2, og det tredje lag, 2, har en massefylde på 250-2500 kg/m? og en trykstyrke på 1,5-40 MPa.
4. Termisk vægelement ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2 til 3, hvor det stive phenolskum er fremstillet af en sammensætning omfattende en flydende resolharpiks og kalciumcarbonat som fyldstof ved anvendelse af en syrekatalysator og et opskumningsmiddel.
5. Termisk vægelement ifølge krav 4, hvor sammensætningen endvidere omfatter en blødgører.
6. Termisk vægelement ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor det klæbende diffusionsåbne lag, 3, er et limlag såsom en ikke-blødgjort vandig copolymerdispersion baseret på styren og en acrylsyreester.

Termisk vægelement ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2 til 8, hvor det stive phenolskum er fremstillet af en phenolharpikssammensætning omfattende en phenolharpiks, et opskumningsmiddel omfattende mindst en af butan, hexan og isomerer deraf, en syrekatalysator og et metalhy- droxid eller metalcarbonat med en ligevægtsopløselighed (Ksp) mindre end 10% når målt ved 25 °C og foreligger i en mængde fra 1 til 10 vægt- dele pr. 100 vægtdele af phenolharpiks, og hvor phenolskummet omfat- ter en blødgører til phenolharpiksen, hvor blødgøreren har en molekyle- struktur, som indeholder både et ester-backbone og en hydroxylgruppe, en organisk modifikator til co-reaktion med phenolharpiksen, hvor phenolskummet har en pH på 5 eller mere.
10. Termisk vægelement ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor det diffusionsåbne, stive isoleringsmateriale, 1, er et polyurethanlag.
11. Termisk vægelement ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor stængerne eller fibrene er stålstænger, syntetiske, organiske, uorgani- ske fibre, mineralfibre eller metalliske fibre.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et termisk kompositvægelement, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter trinnene, tilvejebringelse af et første og et andet diffusionsåbent CSH-kom- ponent-lag, 2, fra 50 til 80 °C, fortrinsvis 60 til 70 °C, hvor mindst et er forstærket med stænger eller fibre,

Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et termisk kompositvægelement, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter trinnene, tilvejebringelse af et første og et andet diffusionsåbent CSH-kom- ponent-lag, 2, hvor mindst et er forstærket med stænger eller fibre, placering af det andet diffusionsåbne CSH-komponent-lag, 2, planparallelt, fortrinsvis vertikalt i en afstand fra det første diffusi- onsåbne CSH-komponent-lag, tilvejebringelse af CSH-komponentlagene, som er præ-tempere- ret til 50 til 80 °C, og en sammensætning omfattende en flydende phenolharpiks, kalciumcarbonat som fyldstof, en syrekatalysator og et opskumningsmiddel, dannelse af et isoleringsmaterialelag, 1, mellem de præ-opvar- mede CSH-komponentlag, ved at påføre sammensætningen, som omfatter en flydende phenolharpiks, kalciumcarbonat som fyld- stof, en syrekatalysator og et opskumningsmiddel,

15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, 13 eller 14, hvor den flydende phenol- harpikssammensætning omfatter en blødgører.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12 til 15, hvor den flydende phenolharpiks er en resolharpiks.
