Claims (10)

1. Fremgangsmåde til linjeproduktion af plantedyrkningsmediumpotter eller -poser (30) med en lukket bundende, omfattende trinnene:
i) kontinuerligt at folde den frie ende af en kontinuerlig længde af vand- og luftgennemtrængeligt plademateriale (10), fortrinsvis leveret på en spole (20), ind i et pladematerialerør (12) omkring og ud over en fri ende af et dyrkningsmediumføderør (208);
ii) at danne en første tætning i pladematerialerøret (12) ved at gå i indgreb med og udflade de modsatte vægge af pladematerialerøret i en position ud over den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208);
kendetegnet ved, at fremgangsmåden yderligere omfatter trinnene:
iii) at fylde pladematerialerøret (12) med en udmålt mængde dyrkningsmedium (34) gennem den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208);
iv) at danne en anden tætning i pladematerialerøret (12) ved at gå i indgreb med og udflade de modsatte vægge af pladematerialerøret (12) i en position over dyrkningsmediets (34) position;
v) at adskille den del af pladematerialerøret (12), der er anbragt nedstrøms i forhold til den anden tætning, for at danne en første plantedyrkningsmediumpose (30) med en lukket ende; og eventuelt vi) at gentage trinnene i), og iii)-v) flere gange for at danne en flerhed af plantedyrkningsmediumposer (30) med en lukket ende.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den kontinuerlige længde af vand- og luftgennemtrængeligt plademateriale (10) føres frem ved at tage fat i den første tætning i pladematerialerøret (12) og trække den første tætning længere væk fra den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor trin i) omfatter tætning af de overlappende pladesidedele til hinanden.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor det vand- og luftgennemtrængelige plademateriale (10) omfatter a) fibre belagt med et termoplastisk materiale og/eller b) fibre af et termoplastisk materiale; og hvor tætningerne dannes ved opvarmning.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208) er forbundet til en enhed til levering af dyrkningsmedium, omfattende:
- en opbevaringsbeholder (204) tilpasset til at opbevare dyrkningsmedium og med et udløb (205) i bundvæggen;
- en omrører (230) konfigureret til at bevare dyrkningsmediet homogent i opbevaringsbeholderen (204); og
- et doseringskammer (210) med åben ende konfigureret til at skifte mellem en første position og en anden position; hvor den første åbne ende (211) kobles til udløbet (205) af opbevaringsbeholderen (204) i den første position, og hvor den anden åbne ende (213) kobles til et indløb i et dyrkningsmediumføderør (208) i den anden position, mens den første åbne ende (211) kobles fra udløb (205) i opbevaringsbeholderen (204), hvorved en dosis dyrkningsmedium fjernes fra opbevaringsbeholderen (204), gennem doseringskammeret (210) med åben ende og ind i dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208).
6. Dyrkningsmediumpotte eller -pose (30) opnåelig ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5.
7. Dyrkningsmediumpotte eller -pose (30) med en lukket bundende og en åben topende, hvor dyrkningsmediumpotten eller -posen omfatter et rørformet plademateriale (32), der omgiver en portion dyrkningsmedium (34); hvor det rørformede plademateriale (32) er fremstillet af en enkelt plade af vand- og luftgennemtrængeligt plademateriale, som tætnes med to tætninger dannet i pladematerialet; hvor den første tætning (36) er en overlaptætning, der forener de to sider af pladematerialet for at danne et rør; og hvor den anden tætning (38) dannes i en af enderne af det rørformede plademateriale (32) ved at gå i indgreb med og udflade de modsatte vægge af pladematerialerøret.
8. Apparat (100) til anvendelse ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvilket apparat omfatter:
- en opbevaringsbeholder (200) tilpasset til at opbevare dyrkningsmedium og omfattende et dyrkningsmediumføderør (208), hvor opbevaringsbeholderen (200) er tilpasset til at levere doser med dyrkningsmedium gennem dets dyrkningsmediumføderør (208);
- foldemidler (300) tilpasset til kontinuerligt at folde den frie ende af en kontinuerlig længde af vand- og luftgennemtrængeligt plademateriale (10), fortrinsvis leveret på en spole (20), ind i et pladematerialerør (12) omkring dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208);
- et sugekammer (400) tilpasset til at blive anbragt omkring og ud over den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208) og tilpasset til at være i a) en åben første konfiguration og b) i en lukket anden konfiguration; hvor sugekammeret (400), når det er i den lukkede anden konfiguration, omslutter den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208) og pladematerialerøret udformet omkring det og går i indgreb med og udflader de modsatte vægge af pladematerialerøret i en forudbestemt strækning nedstrøms fra den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208); og efterfølgende fjerner luft ud af sugekammeret (400), således at en dosis dyrkningsmedium i opbevaringsbeholderen (200) transporteres gennem dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208) og ind i pladematerialerøret inde i sugekammeret (400);
- et første tætningsmiddel (500) tilpasset til at danne en tætning i pladematerialerøret ved at gå i indgreb med og udflade de modsatte vægge af den åbne ende af pladematerialerøret i en position nedstrøms i forhold til sugekammeret (400);
hvor den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208) er konfigureret med en eller flere perforeringer eller slidser (209), der strækker sig gennem dets vægge; og
- skæremidler (700) tilpasset til at adskille en udformet plantedyrkningspotte eller pose (30) fra den kontinuerlige længde af vandgennemtrængeligt plademateriale (10).
9. Apparat (100) ifølge krav 8, der yderligere omfatter et andet tætningsmiddel (610), der er tilpasset til overlaptætning af pladematerialerøret.
10. Apparat (100) ifølge krav 9, hvor det andet tætningsmiddel (610) omfatter en svejsekæbe (610), og hvor en del af den frie ende af dyrkningsmediumføderøret (208) har et fremspring (620), der er tilpasset til at modtage svejsekæben (610).
