Claims (19)

  1. Patentkrav
    1. Apparat (100) til kombineret inkubation og vitrifikation af et levedygtigt biologisk materiale;
    hvor apparatet omfatter:

    hvor apparatet omfatter en eller flere billedoptagelsesindretninger (10) indrettet til at optage billeder af et eller flere af de biologiske materialer, der er huset i den ene eller flere dyrkningsskåle;
    hvor apparatet omfatter kryogene midler (12) til afkøling ved kryogene temperaturer af et biologisk materiale, hvor de kryogene midler er arrangeret i et kryogent område (14) på et andet sted i forhold til det ene eller flere dyrkningsskålrum (4 );
    hvor et eller flere dyrkningsskålrum og det kryogene område tilsammen definerer et operationelt område (16);
    hvor apparatet omfatter en eller flere manipulationsenheder (18), hvor den ene eller de flere manipulationsenheDK 179163 B9 der hver omfatter en eller flere robotarme (20), hvor den ene eller de flere robotarme er konfigureret til at gribe og bevæge elementer og/eller kemisk/biologisk materiale inden for det operationelle område;
    hvor apparatet omfatter bevægelsesmidler (22), hvor bevægelsesmidlerne er konfigureret til at bevæge den billedoptagelsesindretningen i forhold til dyrkningsskålene;
    hvor apparatet omfatter et styresystem (24) til styring af dets drift, hvor styresystemet er konfigureret til at tillade en bruger at indlæse forudbestemte driftsprotokol (ler), der skal følges af apparatet; og hvor styresystemet er konfigureret til at styre apparatet ifølge protokol len/protokollerne.

  3. 3. Apparat (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 2, der endvidere omfatter temperaturregulerende midler til individuel regulering af temperaturen i et eller flere af de individuelle dyrkningsskålrum (4), fortrinsvis i alle de nævnte individuelle dyrkningsskålrum.

  6. 6. Apparat (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 5, hvor apparatet omfatter en billedoptagningsindretning (10) for hver enkelt dyrkningsskålrum.

Apparat (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 6, hvor bevægelsesmidlerne (22) er udformet på en sådan måde, at billedoptagningsindretningen (10) er indrettet til at være bevægelig i forhold til dyrkningsskålen og derved tillade optagning af billeder af hvert biologisk materiale huset i dyrkningsskålen(e).

Apparat (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 7, hvor dyrkningsskålrummet, i forhold til et eller flere dyrkningsskålrum (4), fortrinsvis alle dyrkningsskålrum, omfatter en hylde (28) til husning af en dyrkningsskål, hvor bevægelsesmidlerne er konfigureret på en måde der tillader, at hylden bevæges, fortrinsvis ved rotation, i forhold til billedoptagningsindretningen (10), hvorved der muliggøres optagning af billeder af hvert biologisk materiale, der er huset i dyrkningsskålene(e).

  12. 12. Apparat (100) ifølge krav 11, hvor den ene eller flere beholdere omfatter en forseglingssprøjte ende hætte.

Apparat (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 12, hvor en eller flere individuelle dyrkningsskålrum omfatter transparente vægge og, hvor billedoptagningsindretningen (10) er udformet til at være bevægelig langs det ene eller flere individuelle dyrkningsskålrum ved stillinger uden for nævnte transparente væg(e) i forhold til det indre af de nævnte individuelle dyrkningsskålrum.
  14. 14. Apparat (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 13, hvor de kryogene midler (12) omfatter en beholder til opbevaring af en flydende gas, såsom flydende nitrogen; hvor beholderen til opbevaring af en flydende gas adskilles fra det ene eller flere dyrkningsskålrum.
