Claims (10)

1. Flydende klaebestofsammensaetning omfattende - en delvist hydrolyseret proteinbestanddel, med en hydrolysegrad i omradet fra 0,01-20%, og hvor indholdet af aminosyrerester med sidekaeder med pKa-vaerdier pa mindst 8, og som er overvejende positivt ladede ved pH-vaerdier pa under den pKa-vaerdi, er mindst 2% i forhold til det samlede indhold af aminosyrerester, der er til stede i proteinbestanddelen; - en metalsilicatbestanddel; - eventuelt, en exogen proteinhydrolyserende bestanddel; og hvor den flydende klaebestofsammensaetning har et faststofindhold i omradet fra 15-80 vaegtprocent.
2. Flydende klaebestofsammensaetning ifolge krav 1, hvor metalsilicatet er valgt fra gruppen bestaende af natriumsilicat, kaliumsilicat og lithiumsilicat.
3. Flydende klaebestofsammensaetning ifolge krav 1 eller 2, hvor hydrolysegraden af den hydrolyserede proteinbestanddel er i omradet fra 0,1-20%, sasom 1-20%, sasom 1-15%, 1-10%, sasom 3-10%, sasom 5-10%, sasom 0,1-5%, sasom 0,5-5%, sasom 1-5% eller 1-3%.
4. Flydende klaebestofsammensaetning ifolge et hvilket som heist af de foregaende krav, hvor aminosyreresterne med sidekaeder med pKa-vaerdier pa mindst 8, og som overvejende er positivt ladede ved pH-vaerdier under denne pKa-vaerdi, er valgt fra gruppen bestaende af argininrester, lysinrester og N-terminal aminosyrerester.
5. Flydende klaebestofsammensaetning ifolge et hvilket som heist af de foregaende krav, hvor sammensaetningen i det vaesentlige eller fuldstaendigt er uden formaldehyd.

Fremgangsmade til fremstilling af en flydende klaebestofsammensaetning ifolge et hvilket som heist af kravene 1-6 omfattende - at tilvejebringe en proteinbestanddel med en procentdel aminosyrerester med sidekaeder med pKa-vaerdier pa mindre end 8, og som er overvejende positivt ladede ved pH-vaerdier under den pKa-vaerdi i forhold til det samlede indhold af aminosyrerester af proteinrester pa mindst 2%; - at hydrolysere proteinbestanddelen til en hydrolysegrad pa 0,01-20% ved tilsaetningen af et hydrolyserende middel; - eventuelt at afslutte hydrolyseringen; og - at tilsaette metalsilicatbestanddelen, for derved at tilvejebringe en flydende klaebestofsammensaetning med et faststofindhold i omradet fra 15-80 vaegtprocent.
8. Produkt omfattende en tor klaebestofsammensaetning, hvilken tor klaebestofsammensaetning omfatter - en delvist hydrolyseret proteinbestanddel, med en hydrolysegrad i omradet fra 0,01-20%, og hvor procentdelen af aminosyrerester med sidekaeder med pKa-vaerdier pa mindst 8 og som er overvejende postivt ladede ved pH-vaerdier under den pKa-vaerdi i forhold til det samlede indhold af rester af proteinresterne er mindst 2%; - en metalsilicatbestanddel; og - eventuelt, en exogen proteinhydrolyserende bestanddel.
9. Produkt ifolge krav 8, hvor produktet er valgt fra gruppen bestaende af krydsfiner, traefiberplade, spanplade, MDF-plade (MDF), LDF, HDF, OSB-plade (OSB), finerplade, lamineret finertrae (LVL), lamineret strengtrae (LSL), og kombinationer deraf.
10. Fremgangsmade til fremstilling af et produkt omfattende mindst to dele klaebet mindst delvist sammen med en flydende klaebestofsammensaetning ifolge et hvilket som heist af kravene 1-6 omfattende - at tilvejebringe mindst to dele der skal klaebes mindst delvist sammen, - at tilvejebringe en flydende klaebestofsammensaetning ifolge et hvilket som heist af kravene 1-6, - mindst delvist at klaebe de mindst to dele sammen ved at anbringe klaebestoffet mellem de mindst to dele, - at presse de mindst to dele sammen.
