Description
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a washing system for a large kitchen pot, which pot has a tiltable pot part within which is provided a mixing shaft rotating about its longitudinal center axis, to which washing utensils can be coupled to a washing phase, to which the washing system includes a separate washing lid. by washing and a water supply device which is integrated into the structure of the pot or sink lid and that the pot portion with a lid can be tilted about 90 ° during the washing phase.
Traditionally, a large kitchen pot is cleaned by soaking and brushing by hand. In addition, plenty of water and detergent must be used. As an option, for many pots, a washing tool is available which helps in the washing process by performing mechanical brushing using the mixer motor. An example of a washing tool is described in older Pat. Patent No. 106361 to the applicant of the present application. Thus, a lot of water can be saved at the sink, since for the actual washing you only need 20-25% water in relation to the volume of the pot. High rates of rotation cannot be used, as the water will then spray out of the pot, and with the water also food debris, which will result in extra cleaning work elsewhere. When the washing process is complete, the pot is emptied and rinsed by hand, which represents extra work and entails additional water consumption, albeit less than in traditional hand washing. In addition, the washing machine must be washed separately after the washing process.
It is the object of the present invention to provide an improved washing system for a large kitchen utensil, which can save additional water and detergent while speeding up the washing process.
In order to achieve this purpose, it is peculiar to the washing system of the present invention that the dosing device is arranged for periodic supply of water.
The wash lid according to the invention is a lid which is easy to attach and which sufficiently prevents the water in the pot from splashing so that high speeds can be used (eg 200 rpm). The washing utensil is equipped with the possibility, when washing the pot, to use either a liquid or a solid detergent.
Den i gryden indbyggede elektronik kan programmeres således, at vaskefunktionen udføres automatisk. The electronics built into the pot can be programmed so that the washing function is performed automatically.
I det nedenstående vil opfindelsen blive forklaret mere detaljeret under henvisning til den vedføjede tegning, hvorpå:In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
Figur 1 viser en kendt udførelsesform for en på gulvet fritstående storkøkkengryde, ogFig. 1 shows a known embodiment of a large free-standing large kitchen pot, and
Figure 2 shows an example of an advantageous embodiment of the washing system according to the invention.
The large kitchen g clean one according to figure 1 has a sloping pot part 1 (for cooking food), a mixing device 2 integrated in the pot part, to which the washing machine with brushes 3 is attached during the washing phase. A wash which occurs with such a known washing tool is usually carried out such that the pan part 1 is in a standing position (Figure 1). Then water 4 is usually measured in an amount of 20-30% of the pot's volume in the pot portion. During the washing process, the rotary movement of the washing device causes a centrifugal force which causes the water to spread to the edges of the pan. However, the food remains 5 remain on the bottom of the pot. After the machine part of the washing process, the pot part is tilted and rinsed by hand with a hose and the washing machine is washed separately.
Figure 2 shows an advantageous embodiment of the washing system according to the invention. A faucet 6 is integrated into the pan part 1 and a special sink lid 7 with an emptying opening 8 at the edge has been placed on the pan. The washing machine also has a detergent compartment 9.
Vasken startes således, at vaskevand sprøjtes ind i grydedelen 1 via grydedelens vandhane 6, hvilket opløser vaskemidlet inde i grydedelen. Washing in the washing system according to the invention takes place by first placing the washing tool 2 and detergent in the pan, e.g. in room 9 for detergent, and / or directly in the pan. Then the sink cover 7 is put in place and the pan part 1 is tilted about 90 ° to the horizontal position as shown in Figure 2, so that the waste water can flow out of the pan part through the opening 8 between the sink cover 7 and the pan part. The wash is started so that wash water is injected into the pan part 1 via the pan tap water tap 6, which dissolves the detergent inside the pan part. By dimensioning the volume of water by e.g. pulsation, the total cost of water becomes significantly lower than using a normal washing tool. The periodization of the water supply can e.g. be a 5 second water supply and a 45 second break, bringing the total flow of water to 10% of normal. In addition, the dirty water 4 and the food residue 5 are discharged from the pot through the discharge opening 8. This makes the washing process easier and reduces the need for water and detergent.
Towards the end of the wash, detergent is no longer separated from the detergent compartment, whereby the washing utensil rotation and the water supply flush the pot, thus minimizing the need for hand-rinsing.
The system achieves a saving of water and detergent of approx. 50% compared to a normal washing process performed with washing utensils.
In addition, the washing is made up to more than 50% faster, since it is possible to use high speeds with the washing tool in order to increase the mechanical cleaning effect. Thanks to the continuous or periodic effective rinsing and the discharge of food debris, no separate washing of the washing utensils after the washing process is needed.
