Claims (9)

1. Polymer film eller belægning med en tykkelse på 10 pm eller mindre omfattende xylan med en molekylvægt fra 20.000 til mindre end 50.000 g/mol, og mindst en komponent valgt fra gruppen bestående af blødgøringsmidler valgt blandt glycerol, xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol, ethylenglycol, propylenglycol og butandiol, hvor indholdet af blødgøringsmiddel er i området fra 20 - 50% tørvægt.
2. Polymer film eller belægning ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte xylan er en homoxylan.
3. Polymer film eller belægning ifølge krav 2, hvor nævnte homoxylan er glucuronoxylan.
4. Polymer film eller belægning ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte xylan er en heteroxylan.
5. Polymer film eller belægning ifølge krav 4, hvor nævnte heteroxylan er valgt fra gruppen bestående af arabinoxylan, glucuronoarabinoxylan og arabinoglucuronoxylan.
6. Polymer film eller belægning ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor blødgøringsmidlet er sorbitol.
7. Polymer film eller belægning ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvor blødgøringsmidlet er xylitol.
8. Anvendelse af en polymer film eller belægning ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav som en oxygenbarriere.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en polymer film eller en belægning med en tykkelse på 10 pm eller mindre, omfattende blanding af xylan med en molekylevægt fra 20.000 til mindre end 50.000 g/mol med mindst én komponent valgt fra gruppen bestående af blødgøringsmidler valgt blandt glycerol, xylitol, sorbitol, maltitol, ethylenglycol, propylenglycol og butandiol, hvor indholdet af blødgøringsmiddel er i området fra 20 - 50% tørvægt, og danne en film eller en belægning.
