Claims (7)
1. Vindpark bestående af en flerhed af vindenergianlæg (WEA), der har en navhøjde på 60 m eller mere, hvor vindenergianlæggene er anbragt omkring en bygning AKW, der skal beskyttes, hvor der mellem vindenergianlæggene er en indbyrdes afstand, der er så stor, at berøring mellem vindenergianlæggenes rotorvinger og andre vindenergianlæg eller bygningen, der skal beskyttes, er udelukket, og at bygningen, der skal beskyttes, er et atomkraftværk (AKW).
2. Vindpark ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at afstanden mellem naboliggende vindenergianlæg er så lille, at de ved orientering af vindenergianlæggenes rotorer i samme retning lige præcis ikke kommer i berøring med hinanden, og afstanden mellem de forskellige vindenergianlægs rotorvingespidser så på det tætteste sted er mindre end 50 m, fortrinsvis mindre end 5 m.
3. Vindpark ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at vindenergianlæggene ligger på mindst to tænkte ringe (A, B) omkring bygningen.
4. Vindpark ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at vindenergianlæggenes navhøjde er 80 m eller mere, fortrinsvis 120 m eller mere.
5. Vindpark ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at rotorerne, der omfatter tre rotorvinger, ved vindstilhed eller ved udfald af et vindenergianlæg er stillet således, at rotorvingerne befinder sig i en kl seks-, kl ti- og kl to-position.
6. Vindpark ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at nogle af vindparkens vindenergianlæg er udstyret med en radarsender, ved hjælp af hvilken rummet, især luftrummet, omkring vindpark observeres for flybevægelser.
7. Anvendelse af et eller flere vindenergianlæg i en vindpark ifølge et af de foregående krav til beskyttelse af et atomkraftværk (AKW).
