Den foreliggende opfindelse angâr et legeme af den i krav l*s indledende de! angivne art.
Ved klargoring af dækkarkasser til regummiering af dæk fâs 5 nedbrudt vulkaniseret gummi, sont mere eller mindre har form af fibre eller trâde med forskellig længde. Store mængder af sà-danne gummifibre fâs fra aile regummieringsvirksomheder, og det er et stort problem for disse virksomheder at blive af med disse fibre. Den mest almindelige mâde er at transportere f i -10 brene til en losseplads. Herved pâdrager vulkaniseringsvirk-somhederne sig store transportomkostninger og ogsâ omkostnin-ger ved aflosning.
Den foreliggende opfindelse har til formàl at fjerne nævnte 15 omkostninger ved borttransportering af gummifibrene ved at ud-nytte gummifibrene til at fremstille legemer af forskellig slags. Legemerne kunne hâve skiveform og kunne endvidere udge-res af klodser, af fyldmaterialer eller belægning til forskel-lige genstande. F.eks. kan materialet anvendes soin lagbelæg-20 ning i bâde. De opnâede fibre bindes sammen ved hjælp af egne-de bindemid1er, f.eks. 1im eller plast. Plasten kan f.eks. va-re polyurethan, vinylplast, polyester, epoxyplast, carbamid-plast og lignende. De vu 1kaniserede gummifibre kan hâve forskellig længde, og det er passende at gummifibrene udgor 25 mindst 50% af blandingen ved belægning af vulkaniserede gummifibre og bindemidler. Opfindelsen er sàledes særpræget ved det som er angivet i krav l's kendetegnende del.
Ved passende valg af bindemiddel, kan det opnâede legeme gives 30 forskellig stivhed.
Et legeme ifolge opfindelsen kan f.eks. bestâ af en skive, og begge skivens overflader kan være belagte med et lag, f.eks. af gummi eller af plast, eller ogsâ af et lag som er pâsproj-35 tet.
Belægges begge skivens flader med lag, kan disse lag gives forskellig hârdhedsgrad. Anvendes gummi som lag, pàvulkanise-res disse lag pâ legemet.

Et legeme, eksempelvis en skive, som har to flader, kan hâve forskellig bindemiddelkoncentration ved sine flader, hvorved (begge) fladerne kan gives forskellige egenskaber.
5 Inden gummifibrene blandes med bindemiddel til dannelse af et legeme kan gummifibrene overtrækkes med egnet materiale, ek-sempelvis plast, for at eliminere eventuel lugt fra gummifi-brene.
10 Legemet ifolge opfindelsen indeholdende gummifibre sammen med bindemiddel kan ogsà indeholde yderligere materialer, sâsom sand, pigment og andre egnede materialer.
Fremstilles der en skive ifelge den foreliggende opfindelse, 15 kan en sâdan skive f.eks. anvendes til isolering af huse, og fungerer da som termisk isolation. Skiven er modstandsdygtig over for fugtighed og er siidbestandig. Skiven er elastisk og beskytter mod korrosion og tàler slag og stod. Pà grund af sin karakter isolerer skiven ogsà mod lyd.
20 *** De netop-beskrevne skiver kan anvendes som underlag til maski- ner til nedsættelse af overfering af maskinernes vibration til andre genstande.

Legemet ifelge opfindelsen, kan ogsà formes pâ en sàdan mâde, 5 at det udger en emballage til en eller flere genstande.
Fordelene ved at anvende vulkam'seret gummi i form af trâde eller fibre ifelge den foreliggende opfindelse, vil fremgâ af de efterfalgende sammenligningsresultater. Der blev fremstillet 10 to typer gummifliser, den ene ifelge den foreliggende opfindelse og bestàende af 90 vægt% gummifibre og 10 vægt% polyure-thanplastbindemiddel . Fliserne blev presset ved 45 kp/cm2 og 75°C. Den anden flisetype blev fremstillet pâ den samme mâde, men indeholdt 90 vægt% gummipulver i ste-det for gummifibre.

Claims (3)

1. Legeme, f.eks. i forin af en skive, indeholdende bindemid-del, sàsom lim og plast, idet plasten kan være termoplast el-1er hærdeplast, sâsom polyurethan, vinylplast, polyester, epo-xyplast eller carbamidplast og lignende, samt gummibaseret fyldstof, kendetegnet ved, at legemet indeholder mindst 50 vægt% vulkaniseret gummi i form af trâde eller fibre, der er dannet som nedbrudt gummi ved regummiering af 2Q dæk.
