Abstract

Protective sheet, in particular for a foundation wall or a floor on the ground, said sheet (1) being made of a relatively stiff plastics material. A large number of spaced knobs (2) protrude from one side (1A) of the sheet, whereby the other side (1B) obtains a corresponding number of recesses (2A). The knobs (2) have a centrally disposed crater-like portion (3), the narrowest end (3A) of which is flush with the other side (1B) of the sheet. Between adjacent recesses (2A) there is arranged an open channel (4) provided through forming such that on the said one side of the sheet there appears a corresponding ridge between the knobs. Externally of the other side of the sheet there may be arranged a filtrating canvas co-acting with said channels (4).

The present invention relates to a protective plate, particularly to a foundation wall or floor, and of the kind set forth in the preamble of claim 1.

Dette er særlig vigtigt i de tilfælde, 20 hyor der anvendes et gulv af f.eks. spånplader.^ The known so-called foundation wall plates are used today extensively as a lining of the foundation wall, before filling materials are filled into it. Where access to drainage fillers is poor, it will often be a clear wish to ensure that the yand pressure against the foundation wall is as low as possible. In the known basic mortars with cams, such extra drainage is not always easy to provide. Furthermore, in some cases it may be desirable to have the base wall plate which has not so easily yields to external forces from e.g. filling mass. Lately, it has also become common practice to anyeride these foundation wall seam diffusion barriers for floor due. However, in the known solutions, it is necessary to position the floor at a distance from the moisture barrier, so that there is sufficient venting or drainage under the floor. This is especially important in the case where 20 floors are used, for example, a floor. chipboard.

German publication specification No. 2,321,341 discloses a sealing web consisting of a dense unbroken foil and a film with drainage holes, which two foils are spaced apart by means of pistons formed on the first foil either welded or adhered to it. other foil. The dense film preferably consists of plastic, e.g. polyvinyl chloride. Optionally, the material may be polyethylene. When the soil pressure acts against such a foil, it will settle tightly against the foundation wall, thereby providing no air gap between the foundation wall and the foil so that the foil thus acts roughly like a diffusion barrier. , where a tar coating was applied to the foundation walls.

35 Den i tysk offentliggørelsesskrift nr. 2.321.341 beskrevne dobbeltbanes tætte folie vil virke på samme måde som en sådan tjærebelægning og medføre kondenseringsproblemer i væggen 235 The double film dense film described in German Publication No. 2,321,341 will act in the same manner as such tar coating and cause condensation problems in the wall 2

på grund af, at fugtighedstransporten fra husets indre gennem den i og for sig diffusionsåbne mur bliver standset på murens yderside.due to the moisture transport from the interior of the housing through the diffusion open wall per se being stopped on the outside of the wall.

The object of the present invention is thus to provide a protective plate which provides a solution to the deficiencies stated and the protection plate initially mentioned is for the purpose of this invention according to the invention as characterized in the characterizing part of claim 1.

This creates very powerful cams that will effectively prevent the protective plate from touching the foundation wall, except for the cams themselves. This ensures an effective drainage of any moisture from the wall. In particular, the crater-like part of the craters will cause a substantial stiffening of the crotch itself, thereby ensuring the necessary distance between the protective plate and the foundation wall.

If the protective plate is placed against a foundation wall and a filling mass of crushed stone or other well-draining mass is applied to the other side of the plate, the channel indicated in the characterizing part of claim 2 will cause a drainage along the outside of the plate, whereby the water pressure against the plate reduced. If the protective plate is used between a grounded layer and a floor, the ducts will provide ventilation between the floor plate and the protective plate. In this case, too, the crater-like part of the cam helps the cam to better withstand their deforming forces at high point loads on the floor.

30 Benyttes beskyttelsespladen mellem en grundmur og en dårlig drænerende masse, f.eks. ler, er det i overensstemmelse med det i krav 31 s kendetegnende del hensigtsmæssigt at dække pladens yderside med en filtreringsmåtte, i hvilke tilfælde kanalerne tjener til at drænere vand, der siver gennem fil-35 treringsmåtten, hvorved det vand, som når et dræneringssystem ved husets sokkel, bliver så rent som muligt.30 Use the protective plate between a foundation wall and a poorly draining mass, e.g. In accordance with the characterizing part of claim 31, it is convenient to cover the exterior of the plate with a filtration mat, in which case the channels serve to drain water which seeps through the filtration mat, whereby the water reaching a drainage system at the shelf of the house will be as clean as possible.

2 viser snittet II^II i fig. 1, 10 fig. 3 viser snittet i fig. Further features of the invention will become apparent from the following description with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 shows a section of a protective plate according to the invention; FIG. 2 shows the section II-II in FIG. 1, 10 FIG. 3 shows the section in FIG. 2 in connection with a filter cloth; FIG. 4 shows the use of the protective plate itself in a manner known per se, 15 fig. 5 shows the use of the protective plate in connection with a filter cloth, and 20 fig. 6 shows the use of protective sheet, which acts as a moisture barrier for flooring.

X fig. 1, a protective plate is shown, e.g. of relatively rigid plastic, which may be available in roll form before use. As indicated in FIG. 2 protrude from the plate one

På pladens ene side 1Aside 1A projectes 2 which has a centrally located crater-like portion and the bottom of the crater 3A aligns with the other side IB of the plate. Between the recesses 2A formed in the profiling of the lugs 2, an open channel 4 is arranged on the other side IB of the plate 30. On one side 1A of the plate

bliver der således en tilsvarende ribbe eller ophøjning.thus a corresponding rib or elevation becomes.

1. Således kunne knastejrne i en 4The channels 4 will, for a vertically arranged protective plate, extend between neighboring recesses 2A which are placed one above the other. However, there is nothing to suggest that the lugs may be arranged in a manner other than that shown in FIG. 1. Thus, the camshafts in a 4

knastrække være forskudt i forhold t±l knasterne i naholig^ gende knastrækker.cantilever shifts are offset relative to the cams in adjacent cantilever rows.

In cases where the shuttle is to be placed in an environment of poorly draining masses, it may be advantageous to place a filter cloth 5 on the plate's bare other side IB.

I fig. In FIG. 4, a first application before the protection plate 10 is seen, where it is arranged in a conventional manner with the bosses facing a base wall 7, foundation mass 6, for example, crushed stones or another well-draining mass, placed against the other side of the plate. This drainage mass can exert significant pressure on the slab, because the crater-like part of the slab will cause a substantial stiffening of the slab itself and ensure the necessary distance between the slab and the wall of the foundation. The duct 4 will also cause further drainage along the other side IB of the plate, thus reducing the surface pressure against the plate.

20 I fig. Det er så ønskeligt at anbringe filtreringsdugen på ydersiden af pladen l's anden side, hvorved vand, som filtreres gennem 25 dugen, undslipper via kanalerne 4.In FIG. 5, the mass 8 is in the form of mass with poor drainage ing, e.g. clay or earthy filler. It is then desirable to place the filtering cloth on the outside of the other side of the plate 1, whereby water which is filtered through the web escapes through the channels 4.

I denne forbindelse vil den kraterlignende del 3 af knasten 2 beyirke en yderligere under-30 støttelse af dugen 5 og hindrer, at denne presses ind i fordybningen 2A.The filtration cloth 5 helps to ensure that the channels are not sealed by the pulp 8. In this connection, the crater-like part 3 of the cam 2 will provide additional support for the cloth 5 and prevent it from being pressed into the recess 2A.

I fig. Kanalerne 4 vil her medvirke til en vis udluftning mellem gulvplade-n 9. og beskyttélsespladen 1,- Endvidere medIn FIG. 6, there is shown a protective plate 1 intended as a moisture barrier for a floor 9, e.g. a chipboard floor. Plate 35 i is placed e.g. on a molded layer (not shown) 10. The ducts 4 will here contribute to a certain vent between the floor plate 9. and the protective plate 1, -
