Mit dem Decker 4 hängt man nun die Masche 6 auf die Masche 5 (Abb. 3). Ist dies geschehen, arbeitet man gemäß der Abb. 4 an die Doppelmasche 5, 6 eine Drauf masche 7 an, nach deren Fertigstellung der Faden auf der Fadenführerseite abgeschnitten wird. Darauf zieht man den fertigen Strumpfformling, der überdies unter dem Einfluß der vorhandenen Warenabzugsrolle steht, ab. Dabei wirkt die' Nadel 8, die die letzte Masche 7 gebildet hat, als Widerlager (Abb. 5), so daß das freie Ende des ursprünglich die Masche_:7 bildenden Fadens durch die Doppelmasche 5, 6 gezogen wird, wie aus der Abb. 6 hervorgeht.
