Description

Das Hauptpatent (Anmeldung St. 27 III/50c) betrifft eine Kohlenmühle, die aus einer Schlagradmühle, insbesondere für große Leistungen, und einem angebauten Umlenksichter besteht, wobei der Mühle die Trägerluft zentral und das Mahlgut tangential über die ganze Schlagradbreite verteilt zugeführt wird. Durch die Erfindung wird diese Mahlanlage weiter verbessert, indem das Mahlgut gemeinsam mit der Trägerluft der Mühle zentral zugeführt wird. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine starke Durchwirbelung des Mahlgutes und dadurch eine intensive Zerkleinerung, so dass die Gesamtleistung der Mühle einschließlich des Sichters weiter erhöht wird. Im weiteren Ausbau der Erfindung wird in die zentrale Mahlgut-Luft-Zuführungsleitung eine Fangtasche zum Auffangen von im Mahlgut enthaltenen Eisenteilen oder dgl. eingebaut. Damit die Fangtasche nicht mit Mahlgut angefüllt wird, wird in ihrem Boden Luft mit einem solchen Druck eingeblasen, dass die Mahlgutteile in die Hauptzuführungsleitung für Mahlgut und Trägerluft gerissen werden, während die spezifisch schwereren Eisenteile im Sumpf der Fangtasche bleiben.The main patent (registration St. 27 III / 50c) relates to a coal mill, which consists of a beater wheel mill, especially for large capacities, and an attached deflecting sifter, the carrier air being supplied to the mill centrally and the grist being distributed tangentially over the entire beater wheel width.
