Description

Die Erfindung hat einen Blickfang an Schaufenstern zum Gegenstand, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass je ein Teil des Reklamehinweises aussen und innen an der Schaufensterscheibe vorgesehen und derart randbeleuchtet wird, dass eine Durchbohrung der Scheibe vorgetäuscht wird. Dieser überraschende Reklameeffekt wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erzeugt, dass sowohl an der Aussen- als auch an der Innenseite der Schaufensterscheibe je eine winklig ausladende, an der Scheibe stumpf befestigte Transparentplatte vorgesehen ist, die derart lichtdurchflutet werden, daß eine Durchbohrung der Schaufensterscheibe durch eine einstückige Platte vorgetäuscht wird. Die Platte ist werkmäßig auf ihrer Oberfläche mit einem Pfeil oder sonstigen Hinweisen versehen und derart randbeleuchtet, dass die beispielsweise durch Ätzung oder Schliff in Form des Pfeils oder Hinweises bearbeiteten Stellen der Oberfläche der Reklameplatte aufleuchten.The object of the invention is an eye-catcher on shop windows, which is characterized in that a part of the advertising notice is provided on the outside and inside of the shop window and is edge-lit in such a way that a through-hole in the window is simulated. Der Pfeil 3 ist beispielsweise durch Ätzung, Schliff oder Sandstrahlgebläse auf der Oberfläche der Platten 1a, 1b erzeugt. Ausserhalb der Schaufensterscheibe 2 befindet sich längs der Rückkante der Platte 1a eine Soffitte 4 oder eine andere Lichtquelle, die nach aussen verdeckt ist. An der gegenüberliegenden Stirnkante der Platte 1b ist ein Spiegel 5 vorgesehen, der das die Scheiben 1a, 1b in ihrer Ebene durchflutende Licht in die Scheibenebene zurückreflektiert. An den vom Pfeil 3 bedeckten Bildstellen und allen jenen Stellen, an denen sich noch andere Ätz- bzw. Schliffstellen - z.B. Buchstaben, Reklamekennzeichen - befinden, tritt das Licht nach aussen aus der Plattenebene heraus und bringt so diese präparierten Stellen zum Aufleuchten. Wenn an der die Durchbohrung der Fensterscheibe 2 vortäuschenden Stellen innen und (oder aussen Streifen 6, z.B. aus Glas, Polyacrylsäureester, Stanniol, aufgeklebt werden, kommen auch diese zum Aufleuchten und täuschen Sprünge in der Schaufensterscheibe 2 vor.
