- Patent-Anspruch:An Regulatoren die Verbindung eines Schwungrades mit einer Bremse und einer lösbaren Reibungskuppelung, um eine unveränderliche Drehgeschwindigkeit des Schwungrades zu erzeugen, und zwar so, dafs die durch Centrifugalkraft bewegten Rückhebel die Bremse anpressen, wenn sich das Schwungrad zu schnell bewegt, bezw. die Kuppelung einrücken, wenn das Gegentheil eintritt..
