Description
Ventilation device for Dädier The invention relates to a ventilation device for roofs through which, according to the invention, penetration is possible with excellent ventilation of rain, snow or the like in the attic: is prevented.
The means previously used to ventilate roofs, such as hollow tiles, ventilation tiles or dormers, have the disadvantage that they cannot prevent the ingress of precipitation, i.e. ventilation in dry weather, but moisture penetration of the roof space in rain or snow Have consequence.
It has also already been suggested between two superimposed Tile rows formed from sheet metal and provided with openings to hollow profiles to allow the air to pass through. The sheet metal strip is here bent approximately at right angles and with a profile strip provided with cutouts placed on the lower row of bricks. The clippings will be through Bending punched wings formed in both legs. As a disadvantage it results However, the low load-bearing capacity of such a deposit. Apart from that, not The insignificant weight of the resting bricks is also the inlay To absorb the pressure of any desire for snow, the wind, etc. This perpendicular to the Forces acting on the roof pitch can. withstand the hollow profile only with strong dimensions, otherwise it will be flattened.
Another disadvantage of this known device is that the the upper group of bricks is only supported along one edge, so. that these under load, z. 13. Through snow, break easily at this edge.
Furthermore, a ventilation device for roofs is known, which consists of a U-shaped profiled hollow profile placed between two rows of roof tiles lying one above the other, the web of which rests on a row of tiles and the legs of which define the distance between the two rows of tiles and are provided with triangular openings The side edges converge to the bar of the hollow profile.
In contrast, the present invention is that at a ventilation device of the kind last mentioned the openings of both legs by bending of each pair of flaps are formed which JE eritstehen weils through an incision in the thigh.
In a preferred embodiment of the subject matter of the invention are the tabs in the eaves-side leg of the hollow profile forward out of the profile out and the tabs of the ridge-side leg forward into the inside of the profile turned. A ventilation device for roofs designed according to the invention has the advantage that it achieves a directed air flow in the roof space and that the ingress of rain or snow into the roof space is very certain is avoided.
It is also proposed according to the invention, the lobes of the eaves Leg to the front out of the profile and the tabs of the ridge-side leg to bend forward into the inside of the profile. In this case, when in storage and packing the protruding tabs of one leg into the one with the inside directed flaps provided openings of the other leg of the neighboring profile can be introduced, which saves space and enables good finishing is. Another advantage of great importance is the lack of internal protrusions on the lower leg, so that no condensation runs off through any protruding parts is hindered. Also the accumulation of dust and dirt that could prevent the passage of air is largely avoided.
In the drawing, an embodiment of a roof ventilation device according to the invention is shown. It shows Fig. 1 a roof with double cover in vertical cross section with inserted " hollow profiles serving for ventilation, Fig. 2 - a front view of the roof, Fig. 3 an advantageous embodiment of a hollow profile serving for ventilation in cross section and Fig. 4 the Hollow profile in perspective view on a larger scale.
In the roof shown in Figs. I and .2 with beaver tail double cladding are between the third. and fourth tile rows i or 2 from the eaves and between the fourth and fifth rows 3 and 4 from the ridge each have a hollow profile 5 and 6, which is known per se, inserted parallel to the rows of tiles. The maximum distance of such profiles should not exceed 4 m. If the roof has a broken incline at any point, a ventilation hollow profile is advantageously inserted there as well. The cooling air enters the lower air slot (profile 5) , sweeps upwards along the inside of the roof and exits again through the upper air slot. In this way it is prevented that a stitching occurs in the framework and in the roof battens, and the service life of the wooden structure is largely extended. ' In Figs. 3 and 4, a ventilation profile of a particularly advantageous design is shown. The profile has a U-shaped cross-section -and is located with its web 7 on the bottom row of tiles, whereas its two legs 8, 9 of the waste was set between the urfteren and upper row of tiles. The perforations io, io 'of the two legs 8, 9 are each two by bending tabs ii, ii', respectively, each through an incision in the leg 8, arise. 9 The tabs ii in the front leg 9 are bent forward out of the profile, those in the rear leg 8 are bent forward into the profile interior. The cutouts io, io "created by the bending of the tabs ii, ii 'are offset from one another, so that rain or snow, for example, entering through the front cutouts occurs on the full area between the cutouts' of the rear leg and thus penetrates into the The inner and outer flaps, which are bent forwards, also cover the cutouts in an umbrella-like manner to prevent the ingress of precipitation.
